A pleasant experience all around with the entire Logan crew! Our new system is so quite and dare I say...cute! The install team were lovely people, respectful of our house and animals. The installation was professional and they answered all our questions. The receptionist was helpful and sounded so nice! Matt M. just left after finishing the final duct cleaning and he too did an amazing job! So nice to have professional people and a quality product! Would highly recommend!

Logans installed new air conditioner and furnace. From the first phone call to estimate and installation only took a few days. I was very impressed. Installer Andrew conner was very professional and informative. Enjoying my nice cool home.

Be careful with these guys!!!

They get one star for the online Service Request System, one star for the cost of the Service Call ($109). And one star for untimely being able to fix the System in a timely manner. However, they loose two stars. One for price gouging and one for lack of communication. Do yourself a favor, it’s a long read but could be worth your time.

At first the guy ran a few diagnostics and said the compressor was bad. A $3500 repair. Then tried to tell me my System was 15 years old and it might be better to replace it. A $12k to $14k New Install. I told him I couldn’t afford a new one to repair it. He then tried again, we have great financing. Again, I said just repair it.

He then opened the unit back up and said he should probably check a few other things to do his “due diligence.” It was at this time he realized the compressor wasn’t getting power. He did a few more tests and said, “It’s the Contactor.” He then proceeded to put a new one in that did indeed fix the problem. At his time I wasn’t shaking from Sticker Shock anymore but from relief.

He then proceeded to write me up a Bill for a Service Call and a part labeled 1-A Contactor. A $377 part mind you, which can be purchased from Amazon for $25. No Estimate, no ask for approval, he just replaced the part knowing darn good and well I was just happy not to have to pay $3500 or worse.

He then takes my Credit Card and has me sign his iPad 3 or 4 times without explaining anything. Turns out he sends me paperwork via email for an estimate (which I never saw before or after the repair until I got the email) a copy of the invoice and a link to this review.

Beware!!! He got me all upset with the idea of having to pay thousands in repairs then charged me a ridiculous amount of money for a inexpensive part. I tried to send an email to Logan to ask them why they marked up this part 14 times the cost from Amazon with no reply. Yes, I understand there is a premium for them to have the parts on the truck but that is price gouging! Nobody ever responded so I dare Logan to actually post this. I would dare to say, nobody will ever be able to read this.

Matt M. from Logan Services came out to complete the duct cleaning that was included with the purchase of my new AC and furnace. He was very professional and courteous, on time, and very thorough in the job. Took the time to make sure everything was back in place when finished, as well as making sure any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. Very pleased with everything from Logan Services from the estimate to the installation and finally the duct cleaning. Superior customer experience at an extremely good price (significantly better than the other estimates I received in fact). Highly recommend.

Called Logan A/C & Heat...early Monday morning Jan.30 2023...spoke with Michelle ..very pleasant..informative lady...to get quote on new propane furnace and heat pump..very SURPRISED...to get a Quick .. same day appointment with ""Travis Jones""..he arrived at 1pm...as he entered my home...with a huge smile...introduced himself..put on his blue shoe /floor protector...I explained what was happening to my 23 yr Propane Heating /air system... been blowing cold air ..2 wks earlier...had another A/C Heat service co come work on furance ...got furance going ...said needed 5 new propane cylinders ...mine were rusted ...so...next evening he installed them..furnace started blowing cold air again...the same nite...he returned next evening...adjusted propane..for a wk...heat was working..same situation again...I was told over cell how to get furnace started again...by another heating co...I got heat ..💞...so...Travis took measurements...looked at power box...taking lots of notes...we sat down...he gave 2 quotes. ..Trane...choice 1 ..choice 2.....I Went to the Lord in Prayer...following morning ...called Travis. I decided on 2 choice. .next morning Feb 1 ...Kyle and Jake arrived...for installation. ..Very nice young men...introduced themselves. ...Kyle explained everything about the installation and removal of ole system ...each time ...he ask if i had any Questions or Concerns ...he had a check list ...installation took 2 days...both days ...they arrived on time...steadily working...very quite ..pleasant. .polite...patiently...if i had questions. .clean up was spotless.. .very respective of my home...I felt like they were part of my family ...So...My Review of Logan's AC & Heat...Dayton Ohio area...I could Not Have Found A Better ...Company. .or Better Quote...my EXPERIENCE...HIGHLY RECOMMEND..this Crew and Company. ..So Thankful for Expert ..Professional..employees..And ...LOGAN was $3,780 cheaper than the 1st quote i received from a local Heating Co... James was amazing. He was very thorough with his inspection, took his time explaining options with me, and was very patient with. He checked in with me multiple times once I signed up for a new system. He always made sure I was aware of the terms, what was covered by warranties, and what to expect day of installation. I would highly recommend him!

My upstairs master bedroom runs 10 degrees hotter than the rest of my home. I called Logan on a Sunday and spoke to Mary. She was very polite and accommodating in scheduling Travis J. to perform an estimate. Travis and I discussed a mini-split to alleviate the problem with an install date that worked with my schedule. Travis gave me a great first impression of Logan with a friendly demeanor and his knowledge of the install process. My installation (5/30/23) was smooth with no issues thanks to Kyle Q. and Hakim R. Both were courteous, friendly, and had a willingness to answer my many questions. The mini-split has kept my master bedroom at 74 degrees (It can go even lower too) since and even helped lower temperatures across the rest of the upstairs. Please give kudos to everyone involved in the process!

Ryan was great. He was very knowledgeable about the product and the company. He was able to answer my questions in great detail, and explain them thoroughly.

When Tyler walked into the house he immediately put on his boot protectors, I told him he didn’t have to wear them. I showed him where everything was and what door to use. He was very nice and explained to me what was going on. He made sure I knew all about my furnace and was comfortable using the new thermostat. The new furnace and heat pump look great, he did an amazing job at the installation.

Overall the team that came to my house was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I liked the great communication everyone had with me.

Kyle Q and Hakim were very professional throughout the entire process! They texted their arrival time and were prompt. Kyle walked me through the entire process for removing the old units and the installation of the new units. Both Hakim and Kyle layed tarps and cardboard down to protect our flooring. They were careful when entering and exiting the home and always used shoes covers. Kyle even corrected our exhaust on our water heater because he cared and saw that it was not installed correctly. They gave us a training session on how to use our new digital thermostat and Trane app! These gentlemen cleaned up as promised. This was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend them for HVAC installation!

Logan did my Trane install six years ago, and Ishmael K. just completed a tune-up for us. He exemplifies what I've come to expect from Logan over the years. Professional, courteous, engaging and effective people; from customer service and sales, to installation and maintenance staff, all representing a quality product. Great work again Team Logan 👍
