Kyle & Jake and their team did a great job on installing a new furnace & air conditioner in our home last week! They were super kind and professional, made sure I understood the whole new system, helped me download the thermostat app, cleaned up any dust and debris from the install, and were super kind to my dog who just wanted to keep them company. Would recommend them to anyone! And Brett who did the original service and went through all the new packages with me prior to purchase was super kind and helpful as well!

From sales to the installation of my new Heating and Air Conditioner units, the service and Knowledge of Logan’s team was amazing! Allen came to house and helped me with my choice on a new Furnace and Air conditioner, my furnace went out after 18 1/2 years and instead of repairs I decided on a new system, it was definitely time! The next day they were here to put it in. Daniel, Hakim, Gage were my installers they were wonderful, knew exactly what they were doing and the installation went flawlessly! All my questions were answered and they walked me through the new process on the system. The new thermostat is crazy cool, you can control it from your phone. They informed me of rebates and set me up with financing, as this is a big purchase! Shout out to your amazing team as I felt comfortable with my purchase and how amazing your team was to work with! I am so happy with the service Logan’s heating and air has provided me!

I have used Logan Services for nearly ten years. Their representatives are always friendly and courteous. Just had a new heat pump installed and it’s working efficiently and so quietly! Devin and Eric were fantastic- even my dog loved them!

Absolutely the best experience and system from start to finish. The salesmen came to the house, was very clear and upfront about everything and provided several options based on our plans. The financing options were better then anything around by far. The install team is where the true magic happens. Kyle and Akehm had such a daunting task ahead of them, but they nailed it and far exceeded anything I was thinking could be possible. Took great pride and dedication to their work and made sure I was happy and understood and felt comfortable wlbedore they left. Cleaned up every spec of dust and dirt they caused and plenty of mine from before they got there. System looks amazing and is functioning as intended. Couldn't be happier.

Our thermostat showed an error recommending we call the technician. We really didn't know what the problem was. We called and they had someone at our house within 2 hours. Aaron was professional and courteous. And apparently honest, because it was an electronic glitch and the system just needed a reboot, no other parts or service needed. However, we had him stay and do a full tune-up since it is an older system and hadn't been serviced. I would absolutely recommend, and we'll use them in the future.

I can't express how happy I am with Logan AC & Heat Services. We have used many other companies over the last 5 years with our old units and we were very frustrated with their service. From the moment I called Logan Services, I knew their company was amazing. Their scheduling employees were kind and helpful. Ryan Johnson, sales, came to our house in the evening hours after I was off work to give us our quote. He was personable, kind, and informative. He explained everything and I knew instantly that he had integrity. In fact, I was texting him the day of the install and he got back to me quickly. The install team, Matt Deaton and Lachlan, showed up on time and were very courteous and kind. They kept everything clean and explained everything to me in a simple way without being condescending. Nobody wants to buy a new heat pump, but I got a great price compared to other quotes and great financing through Wells Fargo. They made this process less painful. I cancelled my service agreement with another company and cancelled my home warranty. They were both useless and Logan came through when we needed them the most.

I recommend Logan Services for new heat and air systems and for duct cleaning. Technician arrived as scheduled, explained the process, completed the work efficiently. I appreciated his courtesy towards my animals as well. This is a great family owned business
