Bill Darby and his counterpart did a very good job on the plumbing at our home. We needed a new dryer vent replaced up through our ceiling and he was able to come out quickly, quote us, get parts, and do servicing all in the same day. Now we have peace of mind that our house won’t catch fire because of old, deteriorated venting. Thank you Bill and the gentleman that was with you! You both were great to work with.

Dusty was awesome! Did a great job with install. Did I pay more going with this company compared to others. Probably did. Was he here until 9pm on a Thursday night installing a sump pump so our basement didn’t flood again yep. Did they come out in an hour notice yep. Installed quickly and with a five year warranty. Offered up an extra payment plan that was very good. Would recommend to anyone.

Dusty was very professional and very helpful! He arrived on time and repaired our pipes and water heater! He did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done! He also had another man there with him and they both were very professional and very helpful!

Dusty and Mason did an amazing job fixing my well pump and pressure tank! It was pouring rain most the time that they were working and unfortunately my well is outside, but they kept working and powered through the whole time. They were efficient, kind, and professional. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need any other work done.

Thomas Case was very helpful answering my questions regarding Flu liners and replacing hot water heaters.He communicated with his team in order to get the job priced out by the salesman who explained different price options well and he did not try and force a sale. Job was scheduled quickly.
Dusty was the best plumber I have ever encountered .He and his assistany Jason was got the job done quickly and efficiently Excellent communication between team members , truly a great company.

Water heater blew up last night. Called Apex about 9 pm. They promised to call by 10 am today to schedule an appointment. They called before 8am and a service tech (Rob) arrived around 9am. Impressive. Provided me a quote for a new water heater which was in line with research I had done. He even included a 5% new customer discount. Work was finished before noon. Rob was very knowledgeable and professional and answered my numerous questions. We’ll use them again for our plumbing needs.

Notified me of an issue on my 25+ year old system, and was able to fix it while he was here for my tune up. Great job guys. Reasonable prices No upsell.

Unfortunately we chose to have Apex finish this job. We had roughly 55 foot of our main sewage line replaced. After a large mishap (they could not find my main sewage line) and lots of miscommunication, my property was to pay for my decision on hiring this company. A supervisor left my property over a month ago after hearing our concerns saying “we’ll be in touch,” and I haven’t heard a thing from Apex. Some of the photos are the hole they dug looking for my line, some are how my property was left, and the last are how it currently looks.
Updating my review 8/30/2022: added two more photos of how the job looks roughly 6 months after. No response from apex in months and I’m still spending my time cleaning up here! I reinstalled my fence they took down as well.

Apex Plumbing was awesome. They sent someone the same day. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. The cost of the repair was reasonable. All in all it was a great experience

Angel did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the issues. He provided a clear quote up front, had a good knowledge of the probable root causes, and knocked out all the issues. Would definitely recommend and call again.
