Apex Plumbing, Heating, and Air Pros

After being told by another plumber it would be more than a week before they could replace my water heater, Apex was able to come out and give me an estimate and complete the job in less than 5 hours. Yes, I probably paid a more than if I would have waited, but I got it taken care of right away and they were great to work with. Thanks! Dusty and Jason were great.

Justin was excellent. We were having trouble diagnosing the problem and he stayed and worked it through to completion. He was just great!

Josh and Justin did an excellent job explaining the issue and giving good recommendations as to how to resolve the issue. I would absolutely recommend both of these gentlemen as well as Apex plumbing as a company.

When I called Apex to get a quote for a leak detection inspection, I was told that the inspection was free. Upon arrival, they asked for $359 for the inspection. They never lifted a tool and did nothing more than look for visible leaks. They didn't find anything and left. When I complained, Apex gave me a $180 refund so now I'm ONLY paying $179 for a free inspection. They got my money but I won't be using Apex for any of my properties again.

Fast and simple water heater replacement. First time using apex and we will use them again. Dusty was very helpful and they got the replacement done within a couple hours.

I had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. It was a swap of the same model on warranty since the 3 year old tank was leaking. They came to take a "free" look, then left to go get a replacement tank after 30 minutes. They returned back, 1.5 hours later, claiming they had to go to two places to find the correct tank. The tanks were swapped in 30 minutes. I was charged $1,016.00! This was just for labor as the tank was a free warranty replacement!

Apparently, I was unknowingly paying them hundreds of dollars per hour while they drove across town, to two places, to pick up the water heater. Based on my math, I was charged $406.40 per hour for this water heater to be picked up and then swapped. I was not given any specific breakdown of the cost. This pricing is absolutely astronomical and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this company going forward. I do NOT recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.

Had well pump bladder switch and line replaced. Dusty came within 2 hours diagnosed and returned the next morning to get the job done. He was very courteous and helpful.
