We were extremely pleased with the recent install done by Detmer & Sons for two new a/c units. Our technicians Ryan & Anthony not only did terrific work but they were professional, efficient, timely, thorough and super personable! So many of these qualities seem to be missing nowadays in various service industries but these guys could not have represented the company (and themselves) better! They spent two full days (like 8am - 4pm both days) and were a pleasure to have around. We have an 100 yr old home and NONE of it is particularly straight fwd/easy to work with but you never heard a complaint from either of them! Impressive workmanship and total attention to detail. Lastly, they finished the project with a total walk through for our understanding. Our positive experience started with the sales representative Larry and continued/ended with the install. Hopefully we don’t need servicing for awhile but should we, I’m confident we are in good hands! Thank you!

The installers showed up promptly and were friendly and informative. They were able to install the system in less than two days, despite the lack of easy access. This was just a great experience.

I could not be more happy with my service. The crew were friendly and considerate. They even asked if we wanted anything when they left for lunch. They told me when they were going to leave the basement door open while they removed the old unit. This was important because i have a little toddler that loves steps. I really appreciated them looking out for the wellbeing of my daughter. We now have a brand new AC and furnace that work almost too well. I recommend their service to anyone. Very professional staff that are also very personable.

Keith & Adam did a superb job in diagnosing our air conditioner problem. It was a complex process with our geothermal unit and they were dedicated in pinpointing the problem and working a solution. I always contact Detmer & Sons for any of our HVAC needs. They are a top-notch company!

Our. AC stopped running late in the day on July 3, 2023. I called Detmer early the morning of the 5th and my call was returned and an appt. scheduled for that afternoon. Paul B. Came out and had my system running in a short time. He checked out multiple things on the system and fully explained some issues of potential concern I had. Paul was extremely courteous, knowledgeable snd honest regarding my 5 yr. old system installed by a local competitor that I have stopped contacting because of prior poor service.
I will definitely be calling on Detmer and Sons to seek input on upgrades and/or a replacement of our system and will recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

We have used this service several times since moving to Centerville 5 years ago. They have always done a great job!
Just this past week we had an AC problem.
Spoke to Larry Miller who was extremely helpful and he got an amazing technician out by the name of Paul.
Paul contacted us and came out quickly. He was awesome..he knew his stuff and got the job done.
Paul went the extra mile to figure out our problem, which was out of the norm, and handled it quickly and probably saved our house from catching fire.
I would without hesitation recommend this company.
