Excellent job by Detmer and Sons. I hired them to install a new Furnace and 3 ton AC. The AC was not keeping up so they came back and replaced it with a 4 ton that is doing great! They standby their products and installation. Great job!

They did a very prompt job once they got there. They we're 2 hours late. I was supposed to be the first stop in the morning. I called the company to check in with the driver and they said they would call me back but never did, the technician just showed up out of the blue. Which wouldn't be that big problem except I have two dogs that I have to wrangle. The technician did a very good job and did a very quick job once he got here.

Love Detmer & Sons! They are very honest and provide top quality service and inspections of our furnace and AC. If they identify an issue, the give easy to understand explanations and show pictures they have taken. They take in consideration how much repairs cost and prioritize what is most important. Very professional and courteous staff. Everyone is friendly and kind. Best service for many years!😊👍

All facets of the HVAC system repairs needed and options to to make. It became obvious it was time to replace the HVAC system of furnace and heat pump as the best choice. All work was professionally and efficiently performed by staff that was well versed in the process of installation. It was completed in one day, adjusted and programed. We were very satisfied with the entire process and installation and it has worked very well since installation. We had an excellent experience with this company twice this year: our A/C konked out and they were very responsive and communicative when contacted. A/C back up and running 2 days after contact on Monday, they explained the issue and what we could do about it now and later. Within a day or so we were contacted about the part and the cost to install it.
The next time we used them was when we needed a humidifier installed along with replacing some leaking exhaust PVC pipes. Both were done promptly with once again good communication and promtpness and they did an excellent job. Technically we won't know how well the humidifier works until winter, but we have confidence in the work done, the people that did it, and that if there are any issues they will do what they have been doing so well. As a bonus we were contacted to make sure we were satisfied with the work done, hence this review. We feel the type of followup and communication is extremely important because nowadays it's not unusual to not hear anything from companies contacted or after they have been here nothing but crickets (except maybe a bill).

Quickly got us scheduled to look at our furnace which wouldn’t run. Came out and diagnosed the problem with a clear explanation. They got the part ordered and scheduled the replacement. Professional all the way around.

Furnace fan was not working. They diagnosed a bad circuit board. Temporarily was able to keep the fan continuously running to run the AC during this hot June. The furnace was over 26 yrs old. A new furnace was installed and the technicians were very professional. The new furnace is providing better cooling and am confident the heating will work as well this winter. I highly recommend Detmer and Sons.
