Dealing with staff over the phone to schedule was great, personable, easy to speak with and very polite and professional. Technician arrived way earlier then provided time frame ( huge plus), he was very professional and easy to talk with and thorough in diagnosing issues. Sale rep was outstanding as well! Very understanding, great to work with, explained options that fit my needs very clearly. Was a great asset in making my decision on how to proceed addressing my needs.

Just had a Lennox heat pump and air handler installed at my mom's house where I grew up in Beavercreek. Nate the salesman was great and explained all the questions I had with details that are important in making a good decision. The installers Derrick, Dwayne, and Tim were great as well. Hard working and nice. Also answered questions I had with the install that were very good and made the job run smoothly. Would definitely recommend Detmer for your HVAC needs!

The first tech that came out got the AC running, but it only lasted about a day.
I called the company back and voiced my concerns and they sent a different tech out the same day. He did a minor repair and said the company wouldn't charge for his visit. He even gave me tips for maintaining the unit. It's worked well ever since.

Furnace tune up cleared up sub par furnace operation and it is working fine now. Service provider was very knowlegable and able to answer all my questions.
