Frog Pro was sent by our home warranty company to repair our poorly functioning A/C. They were very communicative and explained everything very well. I absolutely will hire them in the future for any HVAC needs.
Terrible company. Messed up my installation and had to fight for weeks to get it fixed. Now I found out they never registered my unit and I don't have the warranty they promised. Stay away from this company. They are not honest. Only gave them one star because it wouldn't post if I gave zero. I only posted as Santa Claus because that is what came up and I can't figure out how to change it.
Frog Pro came to my home on time but then proceeded to damage my property (broke part of my fence after claiming he could climb over it) and then break my a/c unit. When my boyfriend was making the appointment he was quoted a specific amount but then was asked to pay more than that amount. I do not recommend this company for older a/c units.

Once it started getting hot the air just won't come on at all. I have it set on 78 all the time and when it gets really hot out it gets up to 90 degrees in our home. We have tried to get Frog to come out numerous times but they have given us a different reason everytime (when we can reach them, which is rare), such as "the warranty is non-transferrable", or "you'll have to pay for the service call and if it's low on freon". When they did finally set up a service call They never showed, and didn't call until 5 hours after the appt. time. They do not stand behind their product at all. Extremely disappointed and will not pay for anything through them, we'll just go elsewhere.
Did a great job! Shawn was very professional and helped me out. Even tho it was something easy he explained how the system worked and got it handled. After reading all the bad reviews I was skeptical but I had a good experience with this company. Would do business with them again for sure. Thanks Shawn!
After spending $3,500 on a new furnace in November, we now don’t have air conditioning due to a fix that we were promised by Frog Pro. They came to our home Friday without the proper tools for the repair (?) and promised to return Saturday. It’s 11pm Saturday and guess who is a no-show? Incredibly poor service. At least make a phone call!
When they finally showed up a day late. The tech did his inspection left never sent me the copy of my invoice, never sent the invoice to get approval and nobody has been able to reach them.

Just purchased a home, and the a/c went out. We were referred to this company by American Home Shield, we have left multiple messages since last week for a service call, and this company has not had the decency to call back and schedule. So it's currently 84 degrees, asthmatic kids in the house and no air. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Fast friendly service. They hand our A/C issue submitted to AHS and ready to install a new unit with is 24 hours. They are the best!
