Robbie was excellent as our estimater. Brian and Austin, what a team as they excavated and laid in new sewer drain pipe. They explained everything as they went along. Mike, who cleaned and scoped the project afterwards.

I was provided with great options today with my central air recently going out and needing repair/replaced. Adam was very kind, thoughtful and caring regarding this situation and took care of me to the point that they are coming to install the new furnace/AC system tomorrow! And I have a great financing option which is going to be very helpful! Eco-plumbers is so very professional and chooses quality materials and really does the job right! I am so appreciative of such a great company to help me with services for having replaced my sump pump and water heater and now the HVAC system. You’re in good hands with Eco-plumbers!

Jason was great- professional, knowledgeable. So we have had plumbing problems with our house since we bought it and for ten years we just keep annually having a plumber come and take advantage to the point we are scared to deal with plumbers. Jason was pretty frank and upfront about things. No big sales tactics and he worked on the issues and establishing trust. We will come back if only because of him!

Adam was precisely on time, presenting himself professionally and confidently as the subject matter expert. He provided both information amd insight around all of our remodel goals pertaining to a/c replacement and hot water tanks. He was fantastic to work with and we so highly recommend him and his team!

Although a little more expensive it was worth the extra money. He was ver knowledgeable about the products and was very dedicated to getting this hot water tank in a very timely manner as we had a funeral to go to. Thank you for your professionalism and the quality install in such a timely manner

Andrew went above and beyond to make sure we could shower and use the bathrooms properly again. Our plumbing from the previous owners didn't make his job easy. He didn't give up and went through every possible way to get the job done.

Adam arrived on time for the consult/ quote for a new air conditioner and furnace. He did a great job walking me through options, pointing out the key things to consider, what separates Eco from other companies, etc. Multiple times he asked if I had questions for him and he even pointed out a couple of other things that he noticed in the basement that I should keep an eye on. Overall Adam did a great job and I appreciated the time he took to discuss this with me and for answering my questions.

Followup to that below:
Eco Plumbers reached out to me and honored the $93 deal. As I said in the original post below, they did a great job.

Misleading radio ad during the Bob and Tom show. It was a classic bait and switch. "$93 to clear drain with 1 year guarantee, even (if I recall) a video of the problem." They came to clear my shower drain. >$500 if I wanted the 1 year guarantee. "Oh, these drains are smaller than the main line drain, therefore higher risk of damage during cleaning." I opted for the $257 version with 90-days guarantee (because I'm not made of money). Then I have to sign a form that if they damage my pipes while cleaning that they are not responsible. Whatever. All of this comes up during the visit.

On the positive side, they came out the day after we called. The young man who did the service was polite and did a great job. And, the drain is clear (at least for the next 90 days).

Eco came out when we had a plumbing emergency and patched us up. They took extensive photos and documented everything to explain the problem and then offered us up several tiered solutions to fix it. They replaced all the drains in our house with an entire team, then a few months ago replaced all of the waterlines and plumbed a shower for us. Always responsive.

They even came out recently for another weird issue and helped us figure out the sewer pipe also needs replaced and offered us up more solutions for accomplishing that.

Their financing was a good option to have in an emergency and they provided us a warranty on all of their work for maximum support. Excellent to work with.
