They advertise a price (turns out for main drain, not a smaller job) but then you must buy the warranty which makes them VERY expensive

Great overall experience! I was shocked that they completed an estimate and consultation for free. They were also available sooner than most places, I was seen the same day I called. All of the technicians I dealt with were very courteous and knowledgeable. The level of professionalism was great! I love how they implemented technology by using a tracker to see where the techs were and an Estimated Time of Arrival. I like the short bio's so I know who is coming out. The issue was diagnosed quickly and they were honest and thorough. I was quoted for two options and ended up going with them to repair multiple issues within my home. They came out the next day and were quick, clean, and skilled at completing three jobs in under three hours. We even called back the next day to see if they can adjust the spigot access panel's frame to be level and they came out without any issues and adjusted the frame for us. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. I would definitely recommend and go with them again. Eco Plumbers assisted us twice, first installing a new water softener and the next time refitting a fireplace hearth gas line. Each time the plumber was highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and tidy. Detailed assessments and explanations pre-work and photos accompanying email invoices showing exactly the work done before and after were much appreciated. Work is guaranteed, too, all included in initial service price. And how about those pre-visit texts narrowing the service window and providing a photo and info about the plumber coming to provide service? Wow!

My sump pump was giving problems. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to install a new pump with backup pump and battery backup. Will use again for future plumbing issues. Professional job. Friendly service. Good quality equipment. Technician also checked my additional basement pump and confirmed that it was in great shape.

May wall was already open 8 inches wide showing the leak at the pipe connection. Riley Higgs cut open my wall and now my wall is open 21 inches wide. I was crying and asked him why did he cut open my New Wall and he said because it was wet. I wanted repair on my leak and not my wet wall. I want Eco Plumbers to repair my New Wall Back to how it was with the 8 inch wide opening and clean floor.

He came out to run camera down the main drain in the house, Rob was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly, he explained what was going on and how to repair the problem, very up front and honest, showed me what was on the camera and explained what everything was .
