Crescenze Cooling & Heating

I recently had an issue with my Central Air during a heat wave, so I called Crescenze to come check it out.

The receptionist was great and to my surprise was able to send out a technician the very next day.

The repairman did an assessment of my unit and had the issue resolved in less than 45-minutes. Which was awesome because the temps were going to be in the 90s for the next few days.

The team came out and replaced our aged and broken AC unit. The technician was extremely professional, on time and respectful of the interior and exterior of the home. The finished product looks and runs great.

The receptionist was very nice and kind over the phone. She helped me get an appointment set up very quickly for an issue I was having and it was solved in less than 12 hours. Thomas was my technician and he was quick, helpful, and knowledgeable in many areas and even gave me advice on somethings that I had no idea I was doing wrong. Very happy with my experience.

Our house was built in 2017 and Crescenze has consistently exceeded my expectations in maintaining and servicing our Carrier Heating and Cooling system. In fact, Crescenze recognized during their 1st visit in 2018 that our high-efficiency furnace was not performing correctly because the contractor who installed the system used undersize air inlet and exhaust pipes. I was able to notify the builder and he had the pipes replaced immediately. I tell that story because I believe that the awareness, technical knowledge and honesty of the Crescenze Service Technician saved me from the headaches and cost of dealing with premature problems/failure to the furnace which would have likely resulted had those undersized pipes not been replaced. I had Thomas Schrader come out for an A/C repair and he did a wonderful job. He got my A/C up and running just in time for summer. He arrived on time and was super helpful. My service technician was Thomas Schrader. He is a real professional at his job. Asked me to follow him around so he could show and explain every thing he did. Found a bad condenser which he checked and found under warranty, no charge for that. Checked Freon and every thing else. Will call them next tine as I was very impressed.
