Had an issue with my furance spoke with Ray he was able to get me scheduled for a service call same week. Thomas came out and was on time as promised and explained the problem to me. Will recommend this company to all of family and friends. Honest and great service.

Great Experience! This is a friendly, family-owned business that is very efficient. They offer great customer service and know their business. We are always able to reach someone whenever we have questions regarding our heating and cooling systems. If not in the office, they return calls promptly. Also, they are very competitive in their pricing.

We've been using crescenze for years. Fixed my furnace in 2014 when 2 other companies couldn't figure it out. Fixed same furnace last month and again this month. (Different issues) and warrenty on the parts. They were willing to work with me since my furnace was giving me a hard time and im budgeted. They are a wonderful company and always go above!

Michael Crescenze , the managing technician, answered all our questions; and provided a lot of information, during the presales visit.
He made sure, the HVAC equipment they provided, would match the demands of the home environment and our expectations.
He also made sure that we got a good price from his distributor.

On the morning of the job, they arrived promptly, and worked in a knowledgeable and professional manner. This is especially true of Michael, who is very personable and pleasant to do business with.
They do a very neat install, wear shoe covers, and leave the work area very clean.
After everything is thoroughly tested, they show you how to get started with your new computerized system.

It took us a while to get used to the new system, compared to our old one. Michael got the main Carrier Company involved, to make sure everything was adjusted to our satisfaction! We did have an auxiliary thermostat that was defective. It was replaced quickly and efficiently.

What can I say, we love our new, 98% efficient Carrier Infinity system!
It is whisper quiet, compared to our “old, windy fire-breathing dragon'” furnace.

They replaced my old furnace and AC unit for me last week and did an excellent job at a great price. They did a few extra things to improve the function and look of the system that no one else had offered. I would definitely recommend them.

Crescenze Cooling and Heating have been the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly people to work with when helping me with my cooling and heating problems. There isn't anyone other than Crescenze to take care of my home, and the homes of my children. You can't go wrong with them, you can tell when people believe in what they do, they take pride in the service they provide. They are the best in my book. I recommend them to anyone that needs work on cooling or heating issues.
