Mike and his crew installed a new gas system and A/C to my old all electric forced air system. Excellent work, very happy with the outcome. Mike went out of his way to make sure we we happy with the new system. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fair price and great service. After I called they were at my house within the hour. The technician had to trouble shoot a few things and kept me informed through the process. After he was done he explained the whole process and was very knowledgeable.

We cannot say enough good things about Crescenze! From scheduling our appointment to having the very professional service Tech Tom arriving promptly and his knowledge and qualifications are of high caliber. You can ask him any question and he either has the answer or will get it for you. In today's society the biggest thing lacking is Customer Service. For sure that is not lacking with Crescenze. Plus its a family owned business. They take care of the whole customer. They actually treat the customer as they would one of their family. Plus their prices are reasonable. We highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs!

We have used Crescenze since we moved into our house in 2020. Had a couple of small issues and they always came right out,
fixed the problem and never tried to up-sell us. This week, our furnace started working intermittently, and I called and got a tech out the next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty inducer fan/motor. Long story short, Crescenze tried to order a replacement, but it would not be available until after the new year if not longer. Thomas, our tech and Mike the owner, realized they had a scrap unit with the part and offered it, for only the cost of labor, in order to get my furnace back up and running. I can't say how much I appreciated this effort, and the great customer service they showed in making sure we had heat as temperatures drop into the twenties at night. If I could give them a 6 star rating, I would, as the Crescenze team showed how to run a business and treat their customers the right way . Great job, Crescenze Cooling & Heating!

Crescenze replaced my HVAC systems (2 furnaces/acs). I had five quotes and they were definitively the most fair (another carrier dealer was 45% higher on a like system). Mike was great, answered numerous questions via email over the course of a week, and re-quoted the project several times as we narrowed down exactly what we wanted. His team professionally installed both systems in less than a day and a half, left a clean worksite and explained everything we needed to do to operate the new systems and submit for rebates/tax credits. They even handle the warranty registration for you. They have earned a customer for as long as I am in their service area.
