Technician did an excellent job. Answered all the questions I had.
Very neat and clean doing the job and left the place very tidy.
Would recommend Sal's to all my friends and family for great value and responsiveness.

I had Sal’s remove and install a new combo boiler & water heater unit. The workers were professional and thorough, cleaning up after each work day. The elevator in my building was out of order and felt bad they had to walk up 3 flights of stairs every day. Sal’s office was in constant contact throughout the installation sending texts and phone calls confirming the appointments. Very satisfied and will continue using Sal’s for any related work.

It wasn’t an easy job, but I want to give a big thanks to the workers and have them recognized.

Called April 12 to fix AC. They’ve been throwing spaghetti at wall to see what sticks and here we are now having to wait until at least well after July 4 before this will be fixed. They’ve sent out technicians 6 different times now, they charge me twice for parts services I didn’t need. Well over 1k. Finally sent out tech from American Standard. Now waiting on 1k part even after warranty. Told could take up to 8 weeks. Here we are 6-17, I called initially on April 12. Tech most recently told me “need a new board, it will be 3k because no warranty because I didn’t register product”. I called American Standard and I did register the product. I can only assume he was trying to rip me off because I was able to verify registration within minutes with a simple call to American Standard. How did he get this info that I supposedly wasn’t registered? Lazy. The employees are deceptive, lazy, unprofessional. Charge you up front, throw unneeded parts at problem without knowing solution, they even told me it’s a complicated system that needs specific techs to solve problem. I’m told this during the THIRD appointment yet they didn’t send out these specialist techs until the FIFTH and SIXTH appointments and over 1k later. MULTIPLE times I had to call to obtain estimates, schedule appointments because they didn’t call me at all or took forever with estimates, etc. Our needs should have been a priority since I called very early in Spring and here comes Summer in a few days and still not fixed. I wouldn’t be surprised if they come out in August (I was told it may take up to 8 weeks before this is fixed)) and tell me ooops that wasn’t it and charge me yet again then tell me it still needs more parts etc. Now we are in a heated argument because they won’t do the work unless we pay up front. I’m done with Sal’s after this. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Run the other way. Do your homework. Find another company. Do not use Sal’s!!!

Recently I have had to replace my Furnace and Hot Water Tank. having used them in the past I called with out hesitation. Both jobs were done quickly and professionally. Each person along the way where friendly and helpful...from call, to inspection to Installation to follow up calls. I can recommend them with out any hesitation. Thank you Sal's Team for the great service.

I've used Sal's for a couple years now and they do not let me down. They have installed new AC units, a hot water tank, and done maintenance multiple towns for us. Each and every time we get great service, timely responses, and friendly professionals to show up and get the job done.

I had to update my furnace connection, and was able to schedule an appointment with no problem.
I got an up front estimate for the work, and a very good explanation of what was going to be done, The technician was professional and courteous, with all work being done in a timely manner.
I will be using Sal's for my heating & cooling, and recommending Sal's to my friends and neighbors.

A-mazing service! My unit had been acting up for a while and finally was only blowing cold air. I have no idea about these kinds of things so I called Sal's. They were friendly, helpful and kind. They gave me a professional courtesy discount that was much needed and greatly appreciated. The tech was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. My heat is fixed and my house is toasty! Thank you, everyone, who helped me and my son out today. We are very grateful for good people like yourselves!!

Sal's consistently provides quality service and products. They are responsive to my needs as a customer. This most recent work involved my furnace. Sal's worker arrived early on the scheduled day. The problem was assessed and fixed quickly and thoroughly for a reasonable price. I have used Sal's in the past for air conditioner and hot water tank replacement as well as furnace work. I look forward to the same exceptional service in the future.
