Ryan home build did not put in the correct outdoor fixture for my hose line. It ended up freezing and crack in the line resulted. SAL’s came out and quickly identified the problem and fixed it.

Had a great experience yesterday with technician, Adam! He called me about an hour before he was to arrive and a text message was sent with a photo so we could easily identify the technician. He was very pleasant and professional when he arrived and serviced our HVAC system. He made sure that he wore shoe covers while going inside our room, which was very much appreciated! He explained in detail everhthing he did and provided documentation of his work. We have yearly maintenance checks on our furnace and A/C and will continue to do so through Sal’s! Highly recommend!

Replaced both Heater and A/C units. Got a great deal with upgraded products they also will price match competitors quotes. Both technicians were there 2 days, on time, answered all my questions, cleaned up well and were professional at their job. Warranty was better then most competitors. Over all finished job looks great and everything was thoroughly tested before they left. 2023 had thankless gas water heater installed technicians were there all day to remove and replace all old water and gas lines. Great guys that did a great job and cleaned up well. Great 0% financing offers. Good warranties and quality products.

As we are getting near the summer months, I wanted to get my HVAC system checked out for the season. So, I called Sal's, the place where I bought my system from 4 years ago, to come out and clean and check my AC unit.

I set an appointment with them a couple weeks down the road, so my wife could be here for the meeting... I am visually disabled, legally blind, so I need to have someone here that can help with signatures and such.

They kept me in the loop by sending me reminders and confirmations to my cell phone. The day of my inspection, they sent me a pic of my technician and told me that he would be giving me a call before he arrives. I have a really big Rottweiler and a Cane Corso, so I really appreciate it the heads up phone call so I could put the dogs away for his safety!

My technician, Alfonso Jones gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. When he came, I told him that the dogs were put away and I had a few questions about the service. He happily walked me through what the inspection consists of and what he was planning to do during this time.

He was very thorough in all his steps and procedures, even when we had a few quirks along the way... Our house is automated, so our thermostat has voice recognition that turns off and on our lights, HVAC and many other devices! We found out that it was not communicating with the compressor, considering we haven't had it on this season yet. But, Alfonso took his due diligence to the next level and traced out the problematic situation! We needed a reboot of our system and everything was working just fine!

I want this company to handle all of my routine seasonal maintenance for the system, especially with skilled technicians like Alfonso Jones coming to our residence! 👍

We had consulted with Sal's for updating two bathrooms and related plumbing prior to the Covid 19 pandemic. We chose not to follow thru at that time opting to be cautious until a vaccine was available due to our ages and out of respect for the health of any younger tradesmen Sal's would need to provide for home services.
Once the vaccine and subsequent "boosters" were readily available we returned and were met by Sal himself who had staff personnel set up an estimate visit convenient with our schedules.
The plumber/estimator, "Shaun", arrived on time and I also received an accurate update arrival call from Shaun when he was c. 15 minutes away; (Sometimes waiting for tradesmen is the worst part of the service). I appreciated the follow-ups by the office and the estimator.
Shaun was cordial and thorough in his analysis before completing his estimate and fully explained how Sal's needed to proceed once we approved the estimate and chose replacement toilets and related plumbing services. Thereafter I was contacted by office personnel who booked Shaun's return service date and time span best for us. Everyone we dealt with has been prompt and helpful. I feel that this business is well-coordinated and customer oriented-traits not easily obtained by merely painting a name on a truck and buying a bag of tools.
We're looking forward to having these renovations to use and their enhancement to our home's value.

I highly recommend Sal’s Heating and Cooling. The plumber had my kitchen sink in unclogged in less than 15 minutes. He was very nice, respectful and professional! Also, if you use the Groupon coupon it’s a GREAT value and you feel like you’re getting ripped off like you do with some companies!

I thought my water heater wasn’t working but the technician trouble shooted and it’s the sump pump shorting out the circuit they share. They are coming out to install a new sump pump instead and will credit the service call charge. They have also been accommodating with calling an hour prior as I don’t live at that address anymore. Very nice and helpful.

I don't have a review when it comes to their service but if they do service as fast as they drive I don't want it it's irresponsible and inconsiderate of the road and speeding can kill someone I was coming down 71 towards Pearl road and I was going at least 65 when this Sals heating and cooling van was going so fast that I couldn't even switch lanes without him speeding it look like he was going to hit me that's how fast he was going. I mean he was going at least 90 when it comes to businesses they should have a GPS with a speed dial.
