Friends recommended Keith Heating and Cooling, so we called them when our AC wasn't cooling as usual. They sent Alex, who is an excellent technician. He diligently attempted to repair our system, but since the compressor was failing, he finally suggested replacing it. We recommend Keith and especially Alex for doing his best.

Keith Heating and Cooling has been helping us out with some problems with both AC units that was hid away up in the attic and our old furnace boiler that came with the house we purchased last year. Alex is very professional and explained everything to us very well. Highly recommended!

From appointment scheduling through the actual appointment the experience was phenomenal. Thank you Alex for being kind and thoughtful as you walked me though what needed to be done. I also appreciated you being nice to my dogs…it’s the little things that count. So glad I made the switch to Keith’s!

I met with Alex today to look at options for my broken furnace. He did a great job of explaining my options and what he would recommend. He was very knowledgeable with the products as well. Great interaction and sets a good example for this company. excited to see how all of their work turns out out with my new install!

Follow up! Our installation went great & our new furnace & humidifier are working perfect. Can’t wait to get the new AC going this summer. Steve did a good job of keeping me updated through the process & explained what was being done. I highly recommend Keith Heating & Cooling. Installed new AC and Heating unit 4 years ago, very professional and helpful, nothing but good things to say. AC would not cycle on last week, called them and they came out and found a VERY small leak, repair with no charge for labor, stand by their work. I am so very impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. Would 100% recommend.

Incredible combination of knowledgeable and professional.
It all started with Matt coming out to check my older furnace because it wasn’t keeping temperature.. explaining his findings along the way. I decided to retire the old furnace and get a new one. He did not push me to do so.. there was other options to fix it, but in the long run, it was time. Offered heaters until they came back to install the new one. Another day later they came out and meticulously installed the new unit. Absolutely wonderful work. They took the time needed to do the job right, protected the space they were working in and cleaned up nicely. What a feeling of comfort having these guys come into your home.

Matt and Jerry are great at Keith heating and cooling. Very professional and they answer all your questions. They even take the time to acknowledge my dog. I am very satisfied with Keith, heating and cooling and will always recommend them to friends and family.

Alex was a very polite and professional young man. He explained what needed done and fixed everything in a timely manner. I would recommend him and Keith Heating and Cooling to all.
