Moved in 2 years ago. We had no heat. Sticker on furnace said Keith Heating had serviced it before. So I called and am very happy with their service. Mitch was my technician and he was very congenial, knowledgeable, and professional. We signed up for their maintenance program and we couldn’t be any happier. And warm!!!😊

Keith Heating and Cooling is the BEST company to go with in general, but ASK FOR GARY. He has an EXCEPTIONAL bank of knowledge across multiple systems. Gary has the eye of a real honest to god craftsman, honed over decades. If he’s handling anything, he IS his own backup. Infinitely capable, and a genuine asset to his craft. Keith Heating and Cooling was the best decision that my family ever made since becoming homeowners. If you’re on the fence, get off of it, and GIVE KEITH A CALL.

Alex came and did the precision tuneup for our AC. I’m always impressed with Keith’s technicians’ knowledge and skill, and Alex was no exception. Outstanding service!

Mitch was very friendly, arrived right after the company notified me he was in route. Provided information on the components of my heating unit, and did the maintenance
service but after my boiler did not work. Big mess!!! Can't tell the whole story evey experience will be different. I regret I made this company a choice.

‘Appreciation Post’
During one of the hottest weeks of the year is never an ideal time for your AC to ‘have a moment’.
A Thank You to Courtney, for her kind, prompt response to our call & connecting us with our technician Steve. Communication & quick service time couldn’t have been better! Steve was thorough, knowledgeable, & most impressive-obviously proud of the company he represents and the services they extend. He was not there to sell us anything, but offered options and perspectives. He quickly found the issue, which was minor considering the age of our unit. We would have been a willing & easy target for a new AC unit, although not necessary at this time. Really appreciated the trust & honesty of not making the issues bigger than they were, which again, we were anticipating.
And just like that, with a handshake & heartfelt gratitude, Keith(and Steve) have earned loyal new customers. Will be very happy to have them servicing all of our heating or cooling maintenance-& hopefully no more emergencies!

We are club members here and that value has proven time and time again!!! Steve was amazing, came out promptly when our furnace was out and detailed all the issues, potential issues, fixed then and then told us how to maintain them and what to plan for. We love Steve!! We are first time home owners and he put us at ease and was realistic with us about our options and how to move forward from here.

Problems solved and taken care of. No complaints! Alex is very good!

My AC broke in 90 degree weather. I called Keith for help and Matt showed up at my house within a few hours. The issue was fixed in less than a half hour! They are super efficient and have outstanding customer service.
