Top notch customer service! Our Central Air unit had stopped working so I called Keith Heating & Cooling since they are near by and the office personnel was very polite and had a service technician at my house within and hour and a half. Mitch thier senior technician showed up and was extremely professional, honest, and thorough and within a few minutes he diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. He also checked to make sure that our furnace was working properly with the AC Unit. Mitch was awesome and honest in explaining our options. We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Keith Heating and Cooling and Mitch's professional services. We will be calling them again if the need arises and highly recommend that you do as well if you need heating and cooling repairs.

Keith Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job. The install of my new furnace and A/C was quick, efficient, and professionally done. Mitch recently came out to do the start up on the A/C and found a manufacturer's issue with the fan. He noticed the issue, ordered the new part, and committed to remedy the problem. They did a great job making sure I knew what to expect and worked hard to help my family with what we needed.

Consultation on a noisy fan. Alex explained the cause and provided several options to remedy the situation. After considering our options we decided to have Keith install new heating and a/c systems. They were efficient and professional. The work was done with no inconvenience to us at all. The tech explained the new system in a way that was clear. We are 100% happy with Keith!

I would highly recommend Keith Heating &Cooling. I had some issues with my furnace . After wasting time on other businesses that either one weren't answering their phones. Or two had rude customer service . I found Keith on Google and was excited to be directed to an actual person. The initial person that took my call was very courteous and made me feel like I was a priority. Then the owner called me within 5 minutes to set up the same day same morning appointment. Mitch showed up at my house with in an hour. He too was very nice, thorough, and made the experience easy. I will definitely be using Keith Heating and Cooling in the future and am grateful for their great customer service.

We had a crown boiler that was pretty special. Keith and his team, including Alex and Mitch did a great job working with crown technical support to diagnose and fix a number of problems. This was challenging as the parts were hard to find. Keith even came on site to make sure the correct problems were fixed. Hard working, honest, excellent communication and the heat is back on!
