Uptown Heating and Cooling

I've used Uptown Heating and Cooling for the past few years for repairs and now a complete new install for the furnace and AC unit. They are absolutely awesome! The techs were great and Rae is wonderful to work with. She made the process quick, easy and was so helpful. I highly recommend this company hands down!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! 🙂

We had a crisis on Thanksgiving day 2022, and I put calls into several places... Uptown called me back immediately and made our crisis their priority. We were able to work with my insurance and show that a recent power outage overloaded my furnace, and were able to get this covered. They replaced everything within the day, with great prices on high efficiency systems. I can't thank them enough for the courtesy and professional.

Uptown Heating and Cooling is extremely professional, honest and knowledgeable - I highly recommend! Our heat pump stopped working suddenly, and after being told by another company that we needed a brand new system, we called Uptown (based on a recommendation from our neighbor) for a second opinion. Turns out a fuse was broke, and we did NOT need a new system. Nathan, one of the Uptown technicians, spent the time and resources necessary to find the problem and fix it for a reasonable price. This business has been great to deal with. We were selling our home and an inspector thought the heater should be replaced. After calling several other people and getting bids Uptown came out and said it needed a new fan and could have several more years of good working order. I just called and furnace is working great 2 years later. So, I had them put a new hvac system in my condo . Kind, Honest and best price. Didn’t try to up grade with things I didn’t need and arrived on time !

Interviewed five HVAC companies for a total system replacement. Felt most comfortable with Uptown and I feel I made a great choice. They install Bryant systems and were very competitively priced. Spec’d out the right system and answered my long list of questions. Technicians were friendly and showed up on time. When I had an issue with my thermostat after the install, they came right out…no questions asked. They also registered all of my equipment for the full manufacturer warranty. That was unexpected as it typically falls on the homeowner to do this in most cases. Great service. 10/10.

We have used this business a couple of times. Our AC unit is very old and failing. They offered to put refrigerant in it but we declined due to the price and likelihood of how long it would extend the life of the unit. The tech gave some tips on how to keep the house cool until we are ready to get a new unit. He was very kind and I didn’t feel pressure to buy a new unit. Would definitely recommend this company!

We recently used Uptown Heating and Cooling to replace our AC/Furnace. From the first service call, they were very responsive and professional. While this purchase isn't always a fun one, the guys made up for it with great service and install. We are now on their yearly plan and trust them for maintaining our new system in the future. Would highly recommend!
