Great company with fair prices. Being a plumber, I have experience on what good customer service is and good quality workmanship. These guys hit both, which are my top priority when working for a customer myself. Always will recommend and use them.

Uptown was responsive and professional from the start. Kovin who came out was professional, informative and efficient. I was really impressed with him and the rest of the experience. They gave me several options to choose from and why I should go the route I did. My family is enjoying a heated home just in time.

When our condenser froze over at n our HVAC unit this past summer we called Uptown. We had called multiple other companies and we would have to wait months to get service. Uptown came out in 1 day and helped us with financing our new unit. On top of that they purchased the free standing unit we bought to hold us over while waiting for the unit. Ray (customer service) is so kind and understanding and the service team is super knowledgeable and professional. They just called to schedule a check up as we are entering into cold weather!! Don’t look anywhere else choose Uptown today!

We had our furnace replaced and it was helpful to be educated on what exactly had gone wrong with our old one and the several options we had for fixing/replacing.

From initial service call to the installation of a new A/C unit the service was outstanding. Kovin and Josh installed a new A/C unit. They were professional, punctual and very helpful explaining all details and answering questions. It was a rainy day and they laid tarps down on my floors and wore shoe covers. I was very impressed, this isn't the norm in my experience. We also use them for our yearly maintenance checks on the furnace, humidifier, and A/C. I highly recommend Uptown Heating and Cooling.

We have used Uptown's services several times after finding them on Next door AP. They are the best. Even on the holiday weekend they scheduled an install for us. They are truly a superior company. I would highly recommend them.

This local company went through so many hoops to make sure we were taken care of, always kept me up to date on everything including making special phone calls to our warranty company, way above the call of duty and we’ll never forget you! Uptown Heating and Cooling did an exceptional job, techs and the installers were professional to the tee! I will definitely be using them on other work that I need done, no question!
