Uptown Heating and Cooling

I cannot recommend Uptown H&C enough. We discovered our AC was not working on Memorial Day and they were out to give an assessment that evening...on a holiday! Once insurance gave the green light for a full replacement, they were out within days to take care of us. Today was the hottest day of the year so far and they were here all day getting our new unit installed and running. I’ve never been happier to have AC! From start to finish, they answered all our calls even off hours when we only intended to leave a message. Do not hesitate to call for any of your HVAC needs as I can guarantee they will take care of you.

Uptown was a pleasure to work with. Ray who I talked to on the phone to schedule the appointment was very friendly and helpful. Andrew came and diagnosis the problem quickly. After they ordered the part needed, Patrick fixed the furnance quickly. Both were professional and friendly. Would recommend and would use again.

Uptown Heating and cooling was recommended by my home warranty company. They came out the day I called, told me what was wrong and submitted my claim to the warranty company. The next day my warranty company approved the repair and Uptown immediately sent someone out to finish he repair!
They are fast, efficient, and so very courteous. THANKS UPTOWN!!!!

I had Uptown Heating and Cooling come out to my house for an estimate in May 2019, I was happy with the estimate and decided to use them for the installation and purchase of a new higher end Lennox furnace and higher end Lennox A/C unit.
They were a very professional team and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
Its now been a month with the new system and I couldnt be happier with my furnace and a/c unit. I have used them both.
I would recommend uptown heating and cooling for anyone who likes clean ,on time, professional workers at a reasonable price.

Easy to communicate with. Saved us almost 800 dollars on a new furnace and installed it in 2 days. Had a leak in one of the other existing gas lines and they fixed that for us too. Amazing service!

Kovin was efficient and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and it works like a charm. He went above and beyond to fix a humming noise which was not even related to the service he came to repair. I am so thankful our family of 5 has heat for the winter!
