The technicians and the boss held our hands and coached us through the traumatic process of replacing our HVAC system. They were compassionate, helpful, and kept us informed all along the way. They even brought us window units so we could
be comfortable and not rush our decisions. And then they offered to come back and help us if we decided to use the units! This business has excellent leadership.

Was quoted a whole new unit and told my compressor was bad after 2 full hours of diagnosing.. technician did not seem to know much about my equipment and kept having to call someone else about a second opinion

I started using Home Comfort Solutions several years ago after another HVAC company gave me an $800 estimate to replace a part to get our furnace running. I had HCS come out for a second opinion and turns out a part just needed to be tightened. From that point on they earned my business. Fast forward several years later, and the owner John, helped me negotiate with our insurance company to have our HVAC system replaced. It took several months, but with John's help our insurance company approved the repairs/install. The Home Comfort Solutions team had two units installed in two days. They are honest, punctual, offer great pricing and provide quality work and equipment. Most of all I trust them! I wouldn't use anyone else!
