Darryl Cameron came to our house the night of the big snowstorm. It was 0 degrees and our heat went out. He quickly figured out what was wrong, explained the problem, and fixed everything accordingly. On a cold night with many calls they were quick to respond and my wife and I could not be happier with the service they provided. They came out immediately after i called. Were very professional. Told me pretty much exactly what my husband suspected. Talk to my husband over the phone a long time as he knew what he wanted and how he wanted it done. Did not try and sale us anything extra just wanted to satisfy us. John was super helpful I had a furnace and AC unit installed 3 years ago and started having issues with the wiring. I had OG&E come look at it and they said the wiring was bad I called Air comfort solutions and told them the issue I was having and John (the owner) personally came to my house the same day ran all the wiring and fixed the problem I would recommend them to anyone needing a new AC or furnace.
Called Home Comfort Solutions evening of 6/12/16. Manager was very informative and sent tech out in 1 hour. Mekko was very knowledgeable and professional. Surveyed my system and fixed problem quickly. Price was reasonable and I am very pleased with result. Thank you!
Tech was punctual and easy to work with. He checked out the system and found a couple of items that needed attention. He completed repairs and tested the rest of the system. Pricing was good and the system working well.
Slow to respond, leaving us without heat or air for days on more than one occasion. Improper installation on 4 mini-split units, causing parts to break. The upstairs unit failed after only 2 years and John wanted to charge us $800 in labor to replace it. We called a different company who suspects that it was also installed improperly and likely had too much coolant. Since we opted to use the other guy, John's now threatening to charge us for the service call! Poor customer care is bad for business!
