True Blue is the best company for all types of heating and air conditioning services. My central A/C unit quit working during 90 degree temperatures. True Blue dispatched two techs, Margarito and Michael, who installed new A/C and Heating units. Both techs, as well as supervisor Austin, were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very personable and caring. I have already recommended True Blue to my family and friends.

I worked with Austin when my AC went out about a week ago. He was so prompt, came out very quickly to assess the situation, and kept me up to date every step of the way. I needed a whole new unit, and they helped me get financing for that as well. They got me taken car of just as soon as possible and Austin was very friendly and professional the whole time. Fantastic service! The receptionist was positive and upbeat, quoted accurate prices over the phone and had a tech out to my house within a couple of hours. Austin had a great attitude and took the time to provide me with multiple estimates for all the possible scenarios. He answered all of my many questions and sold me exactly what I wanted, never trying to talk me into a more expensive system. Thanks, True Blue, for paying your reps salary instead of commission! They hooked me up with same day financing over the phone. The techs showed up the next morning to do the install. They were courteous and respectful, cleaned out the brush around my old unit and made it look good. They cleaned up all the mess they made before leaving. The job was followed up by an inspection to ensure quality work was performed. Great communication and timeliness from everyone I dealt with and competitive pricing to boot. Very pleased! The only thing I could find fault with is that invoicing is not itemized, but that is minor. I'll be a repeat customer.

They were able to send a technician later in the day that I called. They are small enough its personal, and large enough to get prompt service. The technician Michael found the issue within 3 minutes, when another company couldn't figure it out in an hour.

Technician was informative and thorough. I would give 5 stars for him, but 4 stars because of value. Part cost $12 for a capacitor and labor was $200 to install.

We have used True Blue for our twice a year maintenance service for several years. We just recently had them install 2 new H&A units that needed to be replaced. The crew that did the install was very good.

The time to replace my home HVAC arrived. Several companies came out for estimates, and I chose to go with True Blue. Austin/True Blue followed up with me after their estimate was sent, during the installation, and after the city inspection. The installers answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Competitive pricing and quality results. Our experience: Saw True Blue at one of the TU tailgates (offered pictures with a couple guys in the old football uniforms with leather helmets), the representative answered all my questions about the services they provided. I gave them a call about relocating my A/C condenser, Austin came out. He came up with a plan and answered all our questions, even those about A/C and heating that were unrelated to the job. Provided a quote that was very reasonable (and included all electrical work, which other companies wouldn't include). Work was completed on time and professionally. Austin came back out to verify the results match/excessed our expectations.
