As usual I got excellent service today for my fall check up.
Kayne has serviced my home many times and is always, polite, thoughtful & proficient.
I've been a satisfied customer for many years!

Marco was the service technician that came to my home. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He also patiently answered some questions I had unrelated to this service call, but having to do with damage we had incurred near our a/c unit, and potential issues at another house's heating and air units.

Tim, our service technician, was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable, efficient and just a joy to be around. He repaired the building ac so quickly and the tenants and myself are so grateful. The office staff was amazing! I called Wednesday and they had us on the schedule for the next day. Thank you so much True Blue!!!

I had True Blue come out to do some maintenance just to make sure the unit was in top shape and that it was working properly. Marco was over this morning and did a great job working with me and communicating. I felt the service visit was thorough and the unit is running like a top!

I would highly recommend this company!! I was very pleased with the service and I will continue to use them in the future.

Sunny, Robert, and Manuel did a great installation job. They worked their A**** off in 100+ temps to get our new system installed in 2 days (new everything, including ducts in the attic to replace the old floor vents). They were courteous and professional at all times.

Marco came out to inspect my A/C unit as we heard some knocking over the weekend. I showed him a video of the issue and he ran diagnostics on the compressor pressure levels and tested capacitor. Everything checked out. It hasn't made the noise since the weekend so I feel much better knowing that I had a professional perform diagnostics and no faults detected. Great company and always professional.

Kayne was Punctual an very well mannered. He went over all details of his visit with me. We had them put a new heat an air unit in this summer. It works great.

True Blue is our go to for all things heating and air. And Kayne is our guy. We've used True Blue for many years. Every time we call them they are there same day and within hours. Very professional and great at what they do. Awesome company.

It was over 100 degrees outside and the air conditioner went out. To top it off it was Sunday. We called True Blue hoping they could get to us on a Sunday. They explained their workers were working that day and they would do their best to be here ASAP. BLESS True Blue they were here within 15 minutes. Fixed or air conditoner in a short while. I was so happy. We had used them before but my husband took care of everything. He has since passed and I am learning the steps. Thank you True Blue Air Conditioning & Heating.
