Called and received service the same day. Kayne came out and was polite, and solved the issue quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

Heater started rumbling this winter and Allen was out that day to assess the situation. He was prompt and courteous, explaining the issue and offered to research the warranty to ensure I got the best price. He communicated the details with me, and was willing to accommodate my schedule when I decided to replace the part. In addition, he checked the coils and walked me through the process of cleaning them. I will definitely call True Blue again for any future issues. Thank you, Allen, for your professionalism.

Our furnace went out the day before a winter storm was to hit. These people came out and fixed it just before the storm hit. We were at their mercy, but they didn't gouge us in price. They are good to know and should we have more problems, we will definately use them.

Kayne was super nice & extremely professional! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He even offered me bug spray since there were mosquitoes outside and I was outside with him. I’m very pleased with the service. Also Samantha was a sweetheart!

We worked with Jace this morning. We called this morning and they had someone on the way within 30 minutes. He was kind, patient, and honest. He thorough checked out system and resolved the issue quickly. I could not have been more pleased with this company and technician. We will use them over and over again.

Thank you again. Not the first time I have called in a HOT mess. My air conditioning went out last night and I waited until 0800 to call. They called me back, then the nicest and super knowledgeable Kayne came out and had the air back on by 12:00p. I am so thankful for True Blue and their customer service. We had to get a new AC & Heating unit, upstairs & down in our house. It took 2 long & hot days. Charlie and his crew were really nice to the whole family. We had just moved into the house so we were doing a lot of moving around them but that didn’t seem to bother them. They were so friendly and helpful in answering questions. I would definitely recommend Charlie and True Blue Heating & Cooling to friends.

We came home with no heat and True Blue was able to have a technician at our home in just over an hour. Kayne was our tech, he was very professional and courteous. We will continue to call True Blue when we have issues they can address.
