As a customer, it’s hard to find an HVAC business for service and repairs because it’s so many out there and you never know what you’re going to get. Due to word of mouth, I selected your business for my repairs and you guys did a great job. The repairs was timely, and you guys were very responsive. Not only that, but it was 1/3 less than what Gordon’s quoted me! I want to recognize Technician Issac Stanfield. He is very knowledgeable in his job, honest and professional. He made the experience with your company much better and confirmed my reason to always call Patriots back for service/repairs. You guys have a great guy on your team and whoever hired him, did very well. All in all, I was beyond satisfied with the service so much that I enrolled in the yearly maintenance service. I look forward for the continued business. For anyone searching for an HVAC company-go with this one! You won’t be disappointed.

I found Patriot Heat and Air from a Google search and chose them based on their great reviews. I'm so glad I did. They were highly professional from beginning to end. I started by speaking to Jennifer on the phone last Thursday and letting her know I wanted my A/C replaced. She was so kind and sent Randy to my house two hours later. Randy thoroughly inspected everything and asked me many questions about what I liked/disliked about my current system. When deciding on a new unit, he gave me many options and some suggestions to fix one of my rooms that gets less air than the rest. I was given information so I could make my own educated decisions, but there was no pressure or upselling at all, which was very appreciated. Bradley, Cortt, and Kale were out this Monday to install the unit I had selected. Just like Jennifer and Randy, they were kind and professional the entire time. Everything looks great and I've been enjoying cool, reliable air. The inspector from the city told me, "Whoever installed that did a neat job!" My mind is at ease knowing I had true professionals and a high quality installation.

Patriot Heat & Air came out same day, very responsive, extremely kind and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed our ductless unit the same day. I would highly recommend!

About two years ago my A/C died and we didn’t know what to do!
These guys are all amazing. I called on a Friday and had an appointment with Randy the next Monday. He’s fantastic, a true gentleman, very professional, and communicates exceptionally well. He outlined everything they were going to be installing, what services we’d be receiving and the total cost. By that Friday I had Randy, Tyler, Bradley and Courte on my doorstep, early, to install and fix everything. Before 3 that afternoon my entire system was installed and online. We love Patriot and will be recommending them to everyone!

Technician Isacc was a very professional individual. He went over everything with us and explained the process of it all as well. He was able to get our system back to normal and did it quickly. Very grateful to use Patriot Heat & Air and will be future customers from here on out.

My mom's mini split system quit cooling and I'm always concerned about sending service people to her house without being there while they are there working. Everyone at Patriot Heat & Air has been a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Don called before coming out like they said he would and explained everything to us every step of the way through the process. Don knows what he is doing and was very professional. I had the pleasure of talking with Zachary, Tyler, Cortt, and Randy for our heating and air replacement. Each individual we talked to was friendly and offered advice that helped to determine the needs of our home and options that fit within our budget. Overall, they are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering a AC/Heating replacement and/or needed help maintaining their system.

I have been using Patriot heat and air since spring 2022. In this time I have had them out 4 times for various service calls and PM's. Every time a tech has come to my house whether it has been Zach, Issac, or Tanner they have always given me a timely notice and ETA of their arrival and they show up when they say they they are going to be there.

All of the techs have been great to work with, they very friendly, courteous, detail oriented, and straightforward with their service recommendations on our system. They take the time to explain these recommendations without pressuring us into a decision and build our trust in them. When I had an issue that I thought was an AC problem not only were they were able to help me determine that it was in fact a slab leak they were also able to refer me to a quality plumber to fix the issue.

Whenever I call the office or have been called by the office to schedule service, April is always friendly and has been able to get someone out to me quickly. Once even she was able to get someone out to me the same day for an urgent call.

I highly recommend Patriot Heat and Air to anyone who is looking for a competitive and customer service oriented HVAC company. They are honest and friendly professionals that want to help you take care of one of your homes most important systems.

I love how they take care of you quickly. Issac came out & was very friendly & professional. He checked everything thoroughly and found I needed a new thermostat. He very patiently went thru the operating instructions with me several times!😁 This is an excellent company that gives A-1 service!!
