Patriot Heat & Air is a professional company and they really care for their customers. We called on a weekend after realizing my grandpa had been living without heat for three weeks while my grandma was in the hospital. The owner, Willie, reached back out immediately and Issac responded shortly after. We decided to replace the furnace and the process began the very next day and was completed within hours. Alan was helpful at coordinating times and working with us on price. During a stressful time, this company went out of their way to make this process easy. Thank you!!

If you have any heat and air issues just call them! After dealing with two other companies we called them and I’m so glad we did! They were honest and gave us all the options which I liked. They didn’t do anything until they talked to us and explained cost etc. No surprises. Alan, Isaac, Tommy, Tanner were all wonderful. They didn’t leave until the job was done and I appreciated that so much. You won’t regret calling them.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Patriot Heat & Air. Not only are they fast, efficient and economical... they are HONEST. We thought we needed a whole new unit, turns out we only needed a fan motor. Adam is absolutely the best. We have had several gentlemen out over the years. Unfortunately, I cannot remember all of their names, but they have all been very knowledgeable and courteous. They don't try to upsell you, only give you what you don't need. In today's economy, I appreciate that. When I do have to replace my unit, there is only one place I am calling and that is the fine people at Patriot.

Zach and Corey did a fantastic job at my mother-in-laws house on 7/6/2020. They had a lot of work and I had added more work. They didn’t complain, instead their attitude was that it will get done right! The air is better now than before. They were very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Costumer service is very good. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I've used several HVAC contractors in OKC, even some of the "big names" you see on the local channels and billboards, and Patriot IS BY FAR THE BEST!

Everyone I dealt with at Patriot was extremely professional and highly communicative. When Tommy was at my home he did a WONDERFUL job explaining everything he was doing and took the time to answer my *many* questions. He was patient, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I trusted his recommendations and never felt as if he was trying to "up sell" me things I didn't really need (which happens a lot these days, unfortunately). Simply stated, he is the type of professional you want to work with.

One of my units began "short cycling" the day after it was serviced and I only had to make one phone call to Patriot and Tommy was back out to make things right at NO CHARGE. This level of service is hard to find these days and it's so refreshing to experience a company that still does what's right, even when it might not be the cheapest decision for them. Patriot gained a life-long customer today and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use them for all of your heating and air needs.

Patriot heat and air came out to my house today to do my annual AC inspection for the second year. Both times they have been to my house they were on time, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable! This year they found a small issue that could lead to bigger issues. I was impressed because the technician showed me the part that he was concerned with and explained how it works. He gave me the complete total of what it would cost before I even asked. I decided to go ahead and replace the part Even though he told me that it might make it another year or so. I also watched them clean my AC from outside the window and they spent a good 15-20 minutes just on cleaning it! The old company I used did this step in under (5) minutes. The tech asked me if I was a veteran because he noticed a military bag beside my unit in the attic and I told him yes that I am a veteran. He gave me a discount for my service. This really impressed me because I did not bring it up, he just offered the discount on his own! Lastly, the tech cleaned everything up around my unit and everywhere else that he worked, he left the job site cleaner than it was when he showed up. The price was also extremely reasonable. I honestly can’t think of anything negative! I am a 100% satisfied customer 2 years in a row!

Awesome company. Alan came out and gave a quote for system replacement with a thorough explanation of options with no pressure. (Including Veteran Discount) A couple of weeks later when our a/c finally quit Brad came out and checked it out on a Sunday and we determined that it was time to replace so they were back out on Wednesday morning to install the new system. They even brought us out some window units on Monday to help out until the new unit was installed. Brad ,Tommy, and Isaac worked hard all day and had it completed by the evening. They were helping in explaining the qualities of the new system and gladly answered all of our questions. I would recommend considering Patriot to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor. Owned and managed by proud Veterans and that was a definite plus for me. 🇺🇸 Thanks guys!
