(Update) We had them come out and add a new return vent for us and they are so amazing. On time, gets the job done, so friendly from start to finish. I continue to recommend them to anyone I know around this area.
We called on a Sunday and they came out soon after. Our heater wasn’t blowing at all. Shawn came out and found the issue quickly. He showed us what was wrong and what he would do to repair it. He was thorough in his explanation of everything from the problem to how our system was doing to what we could do to improve it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very quick, clean, punctual & professional. My dryer runs like it's supposed to again! I could have received service for a lower price with a different company, but this place is veteran-owned & I'll always support that. Well worth the price! Thanks, ya'll!

My 5 year old made some new "buddies" instantly. As a company, Patriot Heat and Air provided exceptional and prompt service including same day estimate. The manager, Alan, wanted to make sure they got to us as soon as possible so he himself came for the estimate. He was thorough and honest about what parts and services were needed and what wasn't. Very fair pricing with additional discounts for veterans. When the install technicians came out the next day they were professional, curtious, and respectful. Zak & crew did a very thorough and clean job. They even helped fix a board that had come loose on our porch ❤️.

These guys are fantastic. We had multiple people out to give a quote and inspection report on our furnace that had failed, and Patriot Heat and Air was the clear stand out. We liked other guys that we had out, but things that set Patriot apart were professionalism, communication, and thoroughness. No one we had out was as detailed and thorough as Patriot. They communicated clearly, promptly, and often numerous times due to my lack of understanding. They were patient with me and my wife all the way through the process. I can’t thank them enough for the way they have helped my family during such a rough year. There is no other heat and air company that I’d rather use.

We have used this company before and were very pleased with service and price, so when our AC went out again this summer we knew exactly who we were going to use. From the initial call when I spoke with Willie to the service call with Alan it was excellent. Alan was efficient, friendly and helpful. He even took the time to talk to our home warranty company so that we can be reimbursed for our claim. We will recommend these guys to anyone with heat and air issues and are grateful that they were able to come out the same day especially since it was so hot today. Thank you Patriot!

Don’t hesitate! These guys are AWESOME!!! At this point we’ve had so many issues with our new to us house that we’ve met the whole team! We replaced our HVAC system AND had tons of new electrical work done.

Shawn, Zak, and Don were great at the many service calls trying to keep our old unit going. Tommy and Adam made sure our duct work was cleaned and prepped for our new system, then installed it with ease and VERY patiently answered my numerous questions.

On top of all the HVAC stuff, Patriot has a spectacular electrical contractor named Lucas. We had an extensive electrical wish list and Lucas walked through what was possible and gave alternatives for what wasn’t an option. Pricing was great so we got our ENTIRE wish list completed! Lucas and Cory were neat, fun to get to know, and when every single wall in the house gave them problems they rolled with it and made it happen!

Truly impressed with Patriot Heat and Air and will continue to recommend these guys to friends, family, and neighbors!

Just used Patriot and I am really happy with their service! We called on a Sunday because our heater went out. The owner answered and Alan came to check on us quickly. He was able to figure out what the issue was and walked us through the different options we had to get the problem fixed. We knew when we bought our home that this would come up, but I’m glad that we had Patriot help us address it in the way that meets our needs. They took into consideration that we are a young couple with careers that could move us in a few years when suggesting systems. I never felt the pressure to upsize or lost in technical jargon. I highly recommend this company and if this service ever comes up for a friend of mine, I will be recommending them.

I dealt with Alan, the General Manager of Patriot. He was prompt in arranging an appointment to look at my job and provide an estimate. He, and his crew, installed a Samsung 3 ton Mini-Split in my 30 x 40 shop. I've seen Mini(s) in the past but didn't have an opportunity to LISTEN to one. This unit is so quiet that I must look at the moving louvers to be sure it is running. And it more than works for my space.

This company priced their goods and services very competitively. They are a Veteran owned and operated business and they give a nice discount to Veterans who are customers. Their work ethic is excellent and I highly recommend them for your heat or a/c needs.

Perhaps I should mention that once I told them they earned my business they installed my job completely THE NEXT DAY!! They actually had my unit(s) trucked into OK from TX so that they could do the job that next day. As I said above, I highly recommend Patriot Heat & Air for your heating or cooling needs.

I wanted to take a moment to pass along my appreciation for our experience with Brandon. He came to our home this morning to run a camera through our in-ground ducts. The first thing he did after greeting us, was to ask for us to describe the problem that prompted us to call to make sure he knew what we needed addressed. We had started noticing sand near some of our floor vents.

He ran the camera through multiple vents, throughout the house, and each time he came to an area where the plastic pipe was separating from the metal unions, he made sure to show me before moving beyond that point.

After he was done looking at the ducts, he discussed possible solutions for us. Brandon seemed very modest and understanding while we discussed the options. We installed a new high-efficiency system when we bought our home, but have begun noticing some sand near the vents recently (most likely due to having the house piered).
Brandon didn't wasn't pushy about trying to sell us a new system to go overhead, but referred me to a company that does duct sealing, to see if they may be able to take care of the disconnected unions. At my request, he also looked over my current furnace to ensure it could be moved overhead. I also requested he give me a ballpark of what my expenses would be for labor and ductwork if I decided to relocate our current furnace overhead.

Brandon provided me with a ballpark cost that made me feel more confident in weighing our options after we consult with the duct sealing company.

Brandon was very polite and personable, during our conversation, he also gave me a little background of your company and how much he enjoyed working for you. He verified multiple times towards the end of the appointment that we were satisfied and didn't have any other questions for him.

If we decide to move the system overhead, we will definitely use Patriot. That is in no small part to our experience with Brandon. It is nice doing business with a company whose employees enjoy their work and the company they work for.
