Home System Solutions recently installed a major upgrade to our home electronics in Bend. Start to finish they were top notch professionals in every aspect of the project. HSS is a team of highly sophisticated home automation and home theater experts qualified to design, engineer and install state-of-the art, yet easy to use, homeowner friendly systems.

HSS has now worked on three different properties that I own, the latest being my personal home. The end result of their hard work is a fully integrated lighting, audio, television, and security package that is incredibly easy to use, but very high end. They team from HSS worked diligently to ensure that the finished product is incredibly organized, well thought out, and works easily. I couldn’t be happier with the company.

We did an extensive remodel of our 20-year old home in Bend this past year. HSS installed an entire electronic audio/visual system in our home, including home security, lighting, 6 televisions, etc.

Recently bought a home in Eagle Crest and wanted some improvements made to make our lives easier while were home and away. Security camera’s, smart gadget control of all our lighting and HVAC needs, home or away, and an array of music options to listen to throughout the house. Lawrence and Jeff did a great job helping us build our systems within our budget, including cabinetry work for the new entertainment center. Prior to moving to Bend in 2011, we hired HSS to upgrade the audio and video systems in our home. We wanted a top notch system and we are not disappointed.

Lawrence spent a lot of time in the planning stage before we arrived in Bend so that we could be set up as soon as possible once we moved in. HSS provided and installed new televisions, receiver, Blueray player, Apple TV, speakers/subwoofer, Sonus sound system, cable, and upgraded wiring throughout. They connected us with a cabinet maker for a custom cabinet to house these components in our living room. They also set up our network and other office necessities to get us fully functioning right away. Any challenges were met with creative and informative solutions.

Lawrence and Jeff have been excellent in their followup since installation. They've been back to make sure this entire project still meets our expectations and the components get the most currect updates. They are always available by phone with answers to any questions I have had.

I would highly recommend HSS to anyone who is wanting a great audio and video system in their home. Lawrence and Jeff are very professional and great people to be around.

I contacted HSS to update an old system in my home. Lawrence gave me several options from working with my old system to installing a new one. I went with the new system and very glad I did. HSS fit me in their schedule and did the install while I was on a work trip. Being in the building and real estate business I see a lot of installs and they definitely did an excellent job and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had HSS replace an AV system installed in a custom home built in 2013. Existing system plagued with issues, extremely dissatisfied. Happily all that is now in the review mirror thanks to HSS. Team is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, timely, patient, responsive, competent and basically are a fun group to be around. They even clean up after themselves!!! These guys are all Crazy Smart but can easily communicate issues in such a way to make the non-technical client comfortable. i recommend HSS without hesitation or qualification.
