HSS completed our custom design and install, including custom mount TV, surround sound, Sonos, internet and media cabinet, all while we were finishing up a remodel and moving into our new place. Even with all this going on, Jeff remained calm, cool, and consistent in his professionalism and his work. He and Lawrence answered any and all questions that we had during the process. We are proud of the finished product and love using all aspects of it! It is a well-designed and functional system in our home. We love HSS!

After some research into who we might engage to update and upgrade our home audio/video center we chose HSS. Our decision was made partly because we were looking for a vendor that was small and who had the principals also doing the line work. HSS fit the bill as Lawrence and Jeff were it. We had a whole wall of A/V equipment completely changed both in terms of the appearance of the wall itself as well as having some new equipment installed. This involved basic construction which Lawrence and Jeff designed and supervised and new cabinetry at the base of the wall which was also designed by HSS in collaboration with the cabinet maker. While they worked on the A/V project they also upgraded our home wi-fi network making it more powerful and more flexible. This needed to be done so that we could have our A/V system accesses the internet as well as utilizing our Apple TV and installing a SONOS music system. The project turned out beautifully and more than met our expectations. Lawrence and Jeff are extremely competent, very reliable, tidy, pleasant, and constantly available when we felt we needed them. In short, they were a joy to work with which is always a bit of a craps shoot when working with a new contractor. Additionally, they continue to remain available long after the project was finished. We now consider them professional “friends”.

If we ever need to have this kind of work done again there’s no question but that HSS would be our choice.

Lawrence and his team did an excellent job on our home. I cannot say enough about their expertise and the quality of service. Basically their Control 4 system runs most of the house and it is an amazing system, that makes our daily lives much easier. I highly recommend them.

HSS installed a 46", 55", and 62" Samsung TV system in our home in Bend, Oregon. The 55' Samsung flat screen system is a 5.2 and the 62" Samsung 3-D system is 7.2. Their choice of equipment to meet your needs are first class, well thought out systems with great compatibility with a price range of options to fit any budget. Workmanship is great. HSS also integrated a Sonos sound music system and shared home network system along with the TV's. They support their equipment very well.

We plan to bring HSS down to Austin, Texas to install a similar system in our new home. They are that good.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lawrence, Robert and Brendan. Lawrence helped me and my wife address our home networking needs, as well as audio/video. I was provided multiple options to meet our needs. The install was very thorough, clean and professional. We are finally operating our home theater and house audio off of one easy remote or our smartphones. It's never sounded so good! Thanks guys.

We recently used HSS for our home automation needs. Robert and Lawrence were easy to work with, and followed thru with everything that we asked for. Kudos to Robert especially: when we were electronically challenged, he was there to answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend HSS for home automation.

I hired the “guys” to update the sound system in a home I recently acquired in Bend. The house was wired but it was a mess. I converted a large downstairs room into a combination Theater room and exercise space, we upgraded the sound in my billiard room and family room and we added music options to my kitchen and several areas on my deck. Additionally we set up a Sonos speaker that could be moved wherever I wanted it. The upgrade included remote thermostat access, remote security access and remote lighting controls in the theatre room. The guys did a spectacular job of using ingenuity and technology to give me a very high quality system that I can control from anywhere at any time from remotes or from my Apple devices. I love their work, including the fact that it was all done while I was not in town. If you are looking for a cheap, low quality solution, this is not it, but if you want quality that works well and looks spectacular, these are your men.
