I was delighted to talk to a real person in scheduling my appointment. The repairman showed up on time and was friendly and caring. He took care of my problem quickly and spent some extra time talking me through my concerns about my other older appliances. When he left I knew we'd found our local repair service! I'm a fan!

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a repair company. They couldn't get to my home to evaluate my fridge until a week after calling which is tough but understandable for Bend. However, on the day they were supposed to come, they had absolutely no communication. It felt like this company had fallen off the face of the earth. I called over a dozen times to find out what was wrong with my fridge, left a half dozen messages, and never heard back. In fact, I didn't hear anything from them until they accidentally charged me over $1k over a week later and called to tell me they were reversing it. I spoke with a manager and explained that they never told me what's wrong with the appliance and she said she'd follow up and send me the report from the service call. After that I still didn't get any after appointment documentation outlining any problems or solutions, and they were completely unresponsive. YET, they still charged me $150 for their "services" and I haven't been able to get my money back. I ended up having to pay another company to come and tell me what was wrong with my appliance. Such a horrible experience. Save yourself the time and money, DON"T USE THEM. I wish I would have known how bad they are so I wouldn't have wasted the $150 dollars.

They made a quick turnaround appointment, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and fixed it the day it came in. Total pros, amazing on site repairman. Such a nice and competent young man

HORRIBLE. Rude broad who answers the phone will immediately put you on hold, if she actually answers. They never call back. They overcharge. They think their job is hard. I needed to order a $1,000 part for a repair. I spent my money elsewhere. This company is a joke.
