Oregon Appliance Repair

They have been handling all of my home repairs for over a decade now. They do great work, are reasonably priced and always make time for me. I recommend them to anyone who needs their dryer repaired!

Our dishwasher was making a awful noise and I found Oregon Appliance Repair on Google. They were able to fix the noise after their initial visit, for free! I was so glad that they were able to help us out and the price was unbeatable.

Just wanted to take a moment and thank Oregon Appliance Repair for their outstanding service. Not only did they fix our dishwasher, which had been broken for over 3 months now, but also our dryer and oven. They have always been honest and fair about their service and I highly recommend them for all of your appliance repairs.

We had Oregon Appliance repair out to repair our oven which was not staying lit. The technician had to come out and assess the problem and then come back once the parts were received to repair it. Both times he was very polite and was very good about cleaning up after himself. He even asked me for a broom so he could sweep up after taking apart the stove. Dealing with them on the phone was also pretty painless. I always got a live person and they were very good about answering my questions. No surprise fees or anything like that. Would definitely hire them again.

Red Flags. Should have read the reviews. When they asked for a credit card to come out, that should have been a big red flag as no other service tech in Bend asks for that. Tech came out and was clearly in over his head. He wrote me out a work order for the repair and then nobody from the company called back. I called six times over three weeks and finally gave up to get a more reputable company out to fix it. If they ask for your credit card when you call, beware.

Edit:Owner is making up stories. I paid the fee and called under this name.

An addendum. Pending charge on my amex for $150 almost a week after they were no show no call. I did leave a message yesterday without a return call. Finally spoke with someone today. Oh repairman had emergency I texted you at 5:36. Window was 2 to 6 pm. She texted my landline and no one attempted contact since but they could sure try to bill me for nothing. Go somewhere else! Addendum They called today Friday Dec 2nd They did state they removed the charge offered to reschedule. I declined
They also wanted me to remove my review stating medical emergency of repairman and they "texted me" but admitted no one attempted to reach me after that. I believe they should have had the courtesy to talk to me the evening they didn't come to reschedule. Obviously I never received a text on my landline. Billing "was a mistake " according to them. They did apologize but that doesn't change the poor customer service. Addendum

The reason for a 2nd review is my credit card wasn't charged until after I made my first review.
As to "several texts" your representative stated she texted me once at 5:30 on Wednesday the 23rd. 3 1/2 hours into the 4 hour arrival window. The only number you had was my landline because cell service is unreliable at my home. My landline does not accept texts obviously. Yes it is true you offered me free service that I declined as I have no confidence in your company. I stand by my review

I called Oregon Appliance Repair to come and take a look at my dishwasher. They were able to come within a few hours and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

We had an appointment for 8/9/2022 to have our fridge/freezer repaired. They called that day to tell us they couldn't make it out and they were moving our appointment to 8/13/2022 and the tech would be here between 8am and 5pm. We have been functioning without a fridge for more than a week waiting for them to come and do the repair but they didn't show up yet again today and they don't answer their phone. They made us give a credit card to have on file before they would schedule an appointment for their service fees and they also told us that there would be a cancellation fee if we decided not to keep our appointment.

I can understand if something happened and they didn't have a tech available but this was all very unprofessional. I do not recommend waiting on this company to *maybe* come and repair a major appliance.

Had a problem with my dishwasher and called Oregon Appliance Repair. They came out on time and explained the problem to me. Once I gave the okay, they got to work and fixed it for me! These guys are great and I highly recommend them!
