Thank you for coming out dimitry he Did a very good job he did all the required steps to help resolve my leaking refrigerant line and fill it up troubleshooted it I would highly recommend them to anyone thank you will definitely be doing business with them in the future

I contacted Conrad to have my AC and Heating system inspected and do any needed maintenance. The furnace had stopped working, although my son in-law was able to clean some corrosion and get it working again until the tech could make a visit (it was a low of 19 degrees that night).
Anastasia was able to work us in a couple of days from our initial call instead of the 1-2 week lead time of other companies in the area. This was much appreciated as it was Christmas weekend and a big storm was blowing through Tigard.
Alex showed up, did a thorough check-up, did some adjustments and declared the system good to go (just needed a new air filter).

They replaced my old furnace that broke down on the coldest week of 2022. Called them on a Monday, a tech came home and gave me an estimate on Tuesday and I had a new furnace up and running by Thursday evening. Quick, hard-working and no-nonsense. Would definitely use them again.

I was need of emergency service and Conrad was the only commercial HVAC company able to come to our store within 48 hours. The technician was persistent in resolving two issues (loose belt and rattling intake flaps) however the issue did not get resolved. Unfortunately, the noise caused by the loose belt throughout the ducting system has worsened. Again, appreciated the emergency response time (relatively speaking) and effort but the result did not resolve the issue.

I am a happy customer and I highly recommend Conrad HVAC. During the recent heat wave, our AC developed a "drip issue" caused by a clogged drip line. Conrad was able to visit several days before the planned appointment (as they found a free space in the schedule). The repair work was detailed and thorough. They were professional, efficient, courteous and I would be happy to use their services again.
