Quick, up to the mark and on time service... Operator was very considerate in understanding our situation... Technician was knowledgeable and executed his work in a swift and efficient fashion... Also followed all COVID guidelines.

The issue wasn't diagnosis correctly. New part was ordered and replaced but the washer still has the same error. The technician is very argumentative and has lots of attitudes. We called the office, they said the manager will call us but we haven't hear from he/ she. I am not recommending anyone should have to go through what we went through.
