The technician was professional and thorough when assessing the issue. Most importantly, he offered me a very competitive quote to fix the problem. Originally, we got ghosted by the first business we chose to do work on our furnace after a week of waiting for a response with no heat in our house. After calling to schedule an appointment with Werley’s, we were fit in the following day. Due to the issue with our furnace and parts needed, everything was fixed within 48 hours.

We were told that are unit was running properly but there were gaps where air was coming in. We were told he patched it up and some parts were deteriorating. When I went up to look at where the problems were from pictures nothing was patched in regards to the pictures he showed us. He said he would have his office call us to have someone come out and explain our options . The service was quick and free due to our service plan
