I would like give a big shout out to Werley Heating & Air Conditioning. They were at my house this morning and they were amazing. They were on time, polite, engaging with me and my family, and efficient in doing our furnace repair. If I could give them 10 stars I would but there's only 5.

I would like to give a testimonial for Werley Heating & Air Conditioning. The furnace technicians were punctual, professional, and efficient. They needed less than an hour to fix my furnace and didn't even break a sweat. If you're looking for a great hvac company, I highly recommend them.

Chris my service technician was the very best. He is kind, responsive and professional. He took the time to explain the process and make sure I understood what was needed and why. I found the whole company to be professional and reliable.

The technician, Colin, came to do a routine maintenance and filter change. He found a number of major issues that were causing my unit to run needlessly and cost me money.
He took the time to explain the problems and show me the defective parts. He was very polite and tolerant of two nutty dogs The service required him to be in and out of the house in rainy, snowy weather and he was professional the entire visit.
I will request him for all future service

Cole was very professional and fixed our system quickly. He also provided information regarding service plans and maintenance options.

He did a great job and was on time. I’m just confused why we are being charged for a part the he broke the visit before and returned to repair.

When I said that he said “it was brittle and they break” which I understand but he broke it servicing the unit and we have no way of knowing the condition. I’m not saying he is lying. But I think if the break occurred during the service it shouldn’t be charged to us and especially not a service charge for repairing what was broken.

Adam was very thorough and took the time to clean our outdoor units which previous technicians have never done. They were filthy! Thank goodness he came and did such a great job!
He also did a great job surveying our heating system.

Their techs were really good at upgrading our heating system to a modern furnace which works a lot better. The entire system is efficient.
