Michael B, our technician, was on time, very professional and got the repair done quickly. He was also very thorough in his explanation of the repair work he performed and impressively enthusiastic in his explanation of how the system normally works and why it had stopped working. I highly recommend him as a technician and R&D as a provider.

I was using another company to service my heat and air system but wasn’t happy and I our neighbor used R&D so I tried them. They really know what they are doing. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly for servicing my air conditioner and Michael our technician was wonderful, did a great job and explained everything to us. We were very happy with the service received.

Preventive maintenance service absolutely worth it. Always there when you need them. Customer service folks like Ann, top notch. Recently had emergency service need when a few warm days saw temps rise in parent's home where medical supplies need to be kept below 77 degrees. Quick call to customer service got ball rolling immediately with on site service by excellent technician, John. He was courteous and knowledglable. Was able to troubleshoot and fix quickly.
