R&D installed my system 2 years ago. They initiated the call about maintenance service (which I forget about!). They call to remind me of the appointment, send an email to remind me, tell me who the technician is going to be and show up on time. What more could you ask for? Jeannie was my technician and she was wonderful. Very friendly and seemed to be knowledgable about all the components and possible add on components for the system.

I look forward to their visits. They arrive as guided, charge as guided (which is reasonable), and I have yet to be surprised or regretful about a service call. Tim (my rep) is very knowledgeable and candid. Every time he comes I learn about my system. Today I learned I've been spending way too much on air filters and changing them out too frequently! Heads and shoulders better than some of the competition I've worked with in the past.

Excellent! Office staff ( Ann) is very good and makes every effort to help you as quickly as possible. I have had 2 technicians to my home and they have done a great job. And their communication and billing systems are first class.

Our technician was great! He fixed our air conditioning unit and also walked us through all the trouble shooting steps. He was on time and made sure the job was done right. On top of that, he was super friendly!

Jeanne C is one outstanding HVAC tech. She diagnosed my ac problem right away and had my system working in just minutes. She was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. I am a retired scientist and she was technically knowledgeable on her job. Very experienced and left me with an excellent impression of her company. I was very happy with the repair visit.

Cant say enough about R&D! After bad experiences with one of bigger local vendors, we listened to friends and tried R&D when our A/C fan & motor died. They were able to come out the next day (on time) and actually had the parts in their warehouse. We are back up and running within 3 hours of the initial service call, all at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend R&D and our service tech, Brandon, to anyone!
