Goods Plumbing Heating & AC

Had plumbing issues on over 60 year old house. Fixed problem first day . Had bathtub issues second day. Was here over three hours on a Friday.
It was a hard job.fixedthat problem. Couldn't believe how little they charged . Robbie's the man. Will be using them from now on.

Cody came out and did a camera test and was extremely thorough on the issues and what was going on! He did a great job and showed extreme professionalism!

I spoke to chad SR on Sunday. He did not have anyone at that time. He contacted another technician who was not on call to come out and fix my daughters furnace. Her furnace came one before the technician arrived, I called Chad Sr back to cancel the call for Sunday. The office called the next business day and set up an appointment. Excellent service, very nice, professional. They take their shoes off when they come in your home. I work in the HVAC industry. My daughters house is out of our service area and I am not a technician. I was no help. Except for paying for the service call

The work was never finished correctly after two visits. Paid for service in full, the bathroom shower, and handle continue to give me difficulty.

Called on a Saturday morning with no heat. They had it temporarily fix by noon and returned Monday to install a new part. We were without heat for an hour at the most - THANK YOU!

Called goods to come out the day after the laundry room flooded from a icemaker line bursting in it. Warren came out and literally saved our lives. He was so friendly and professional and very swift getting to our home. Had a mask on for Covid precautions, was extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was doing and how to fix the problems. An amazing experience. Goods Plumbing & Heating has been to my home a few times to fix things & they always do good work. Yesterday my A/C froze up & they had someone at my home within a few hours to diagnose & subsequently repair my system the next morning (when they had the part). Thanks to them my A/C is pumping out cold air again 😊🥶😊

My furnace was not working after an unsuccessful service call, and I was told I would need a new furnace. In shopping around, I contacted Good's, and Chad, Jr., came out that day to check my installation and give me a price quote. Before we talked price quotes, he checked the old furnace over free of charge and found that a piece was disconnected. After some looking around, he reconnected it and the furnace turned on. I went from needing a new furnace to being able to utilize the old one for at least another season. Top notch customer service that won my business! I highly recommend contacting them.
