I called Good's for a dye test/private lateral after another company cancelled their standing appointment and didn't call to reschedule. Dee (I think that was her name) was polite when I called, and helped me get scheduled ASAP. Chad and JP came out at the earlier end of their window, and they called 10 minutes before arriving. They were very friendly, and they weren't bothered by my pets (or myself) around the house. They were very knowledgable about their profession, which helped me out because I know so little about plumbing that I couldn't even tell them where the correct drain was. They were in and out within an hour and a half, the pricing was exactly as I was quoted, and they were helpful with supplying a little information as to what happens after the test and prior to closing. I'm definitely keeping this number in my contacts.

Our new air conditioner is working fine. Mike & Nick did a great job instilling it. They worked around our flower beds and cleaned up in the basement. They accommodated our schedule as well. Thank you for taking care of us!
