My a/c decided to stop working right in time for the 85/90 degree temps this week. I contacted Supreme Heating and Cooling and spoke with Derrick. From the beginning Derrick was very professional, explaining the process step by step, and I was so amazed I was able to get a same day appointment after the holiday!! Derrick was very knowledgeable about the issue and I appreciate that he was very upfront and honest about what possibly needed to be done, the possible options and the associated costs. Derrick was able to quickly diagnose and correct the issue and kept me informed each step of the way. I'm so thankful! Thank you for the prompt, honest, professional service!

If you need a new furnace and AC unit look no further......Contact Derrick Lee ASAP! I highly recommend Mr Lee, his install crew of Jay, Tim and Mike, and Supreme Heating & Cooling. Derrick is a friendly and honest person. He doesn't try to sell you anything else and he listens to your requests and gives you different options to choose from. He will come to your house, give you free estimates, and describe the different options available. Derrick wears a mask inside and covers his shoes when entering the home. I was impressed. His price beat 3 other estimates. I only had to wait over the weekend for the install. It just gets better. I had a arrival window of 9-10am. His install crew showed up at 8:40am! Yes 20 minutes early. How often does that happen? Jay, Tim, and Mike were friendly and polite. They worked non-stop for 4 hours. They cleaned up everything when finished. Asked if I had any further questions. Bottom line I got a great deal, had nice professional people installing, and no pressure in selling you something not within your price range. Thank you Derrick. You and your team are greatly appreciated!
And I forgot to mention the warranty paperwork was turned in to Bryant within 2 hours of the installation. Thanks Derrick!

I've been a homeowner for 30 years in two states and have experienced relationships with many different contractors over the years. I have never been more impressed with a company as I was with Supreme Heating and Cooling. We discovered on a Thursday afternoon that our AC wasn't working. I called Supreme at 8 am Friday and they arrived, on time, within 2 hours. Every step of the way they maintained excellent communication via text and email to let me know what I needed to know. They sent a young man named Anthony and he was affable and knowledgeable. He LISTENED to us! He analyzed the problem quickly and fixed it within the hour, despite the fact that our unit is placed very unfortunately up against our privacy fence, forcing him to contort around the unit. He even showed my husband how to clean the exterior AC unit for better efficiency and cost savings! Keep doing what you're doing and you'll keep us as customers as long as we live here.

Derrick and his team are absolutely excellent. I approached them when they were working on a neighbors house. They came right over to look at our system so they could send a quote. In doing so, they noticed a disconnected vent in the basement, which they just repaired on the spot for us! We hired them to install a new A/C unit and they did excellent work. Very communicative and always on time. We have interacted with a number of their technicians and they're all knowledgable and diligent. Just this week, our A/C started to occasionally make a weird noise. I reached out to Derrick and sent a video. He was able to diagnose it and repair it (under warranty) within 48 hours! This company will take care of you and they stand by the work they do. Highly recommend.

I had a routine checkup for my furnace that was recently installed. they did a great job installing it. During this visit, Anthony checked my ac unit too! It was dirty, so he cleaned it for me with my hose. He was so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his trade. Anthony was super friendly too. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer!

I couldn’t be happier with the team from Superior Heating and Air. They were friendly and professional. They gave me a quote to replace my AC unit and were out to install it within a few days. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I would recommend Supreme Heating & Cooling to anyone needing HVAC services. They installed air conditioning in my house that didn't have it (and did it only a few days after Derrick stopped by and gave the estimate). They explained everything they were doing, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. When I discovered that the heating wasn't working a few days later, Derrick came out soon after I called and fixed the issue very quickly (not their fault, the furnace was wired in a weird way). When I need to replace my aging furnace, I will be calling Supreme. I don't think I could find better service anywhere else.

We were looking for a new provider to service our heat pump system (A/C check in summer, heat check in winter) as the installer has been difficult to schedule lately.
