They were great to work with! I used them twice this year, once to repair a furnace and once to replace a furnace. As a Landlord, sometimes it’s hard to find reliable, professional contractors, but Supreme is definitely on the ball. I recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!

Derek responded to every phone call I made to him! He was professional and personal. He was upfront about the status of our furnace. He cleaned and inspected and the price was perfect! We definitely will have him return and recommend Supreme Heating and Cooling.

We had a drumming noise with a recently installed furnace. We called Derrick with our problem and he responded within an hour and cured the problem. It turned out to simply be a dirty filter and with the more powerful blower it caused a drumming sound. Great service! It is a few months later and the drumming came back with a vengence. Supreme sent a tech immediately. It turns out the American Standard furnace is poorly made with a plastic blower housing and flexes when activated and makes the noise. He reinforced the housing which greatly reduced the noise. I am very pleased with Supreme, but not pleased with the furnace, which I asked for. American Standard USED TO BE a very high quality product.

My furnace went out some time over night so I called to book an appointment. Derrick was at my house within a couple hours of my call (on a Sunday!) and troubleshooted my furnace and gave me multiple options for repairs or replacements. He was honest about the costs of everything, showing me the costs of the parts vs a new furnace and walked me through what the labor would entail for each option. He was simultaneously training a younger employee which was great for helping me understand the process as well. He even made some suggestions for improvements I could make myself to other parts of the system that were unrelated but he made note of. I’ve been a homeowner in more than one city and worked with nearly a dozen contractors. Derrick and Supreme H&C are simply the best. I will absolutely come back to them for any future HVAC needs.

Our furnace went out on a Sunday, and we called Supreme Heating and Cooling, and they were incredibly responsive! Monday was a holiday, and we still had a new furnace by the end of the day on Tuesday. Derrick, the owner, was the one we spoke with and the one who installed our new furnace. He's incredibly honest, fair, and informative. We really couldn't have asked for a better response, or a fairer price. HIGHLY and gladly recommend Supreme to anyone who'll listen :)

We had a new AC unit put in this week and couldn't be happier with our experience. Derrick, the owner was wonderful...from his prompt response to our call to answering all of our questions and being so attentive and detailed in every aspect of the job. The installers were great! Knowledgeable, professional and also highly attentive to each detail of the process.
