We just recently replaced our old hot water heater with a tankless hot water heater. Dylan Elliott came out for the initial service call on a Friday afternoon and was very helpful in educating me about my situation and provided me with several options on how to move forward, including the different options on what type of water treatment would be needed to maintain my new system properly. Dylan was very professional, had good product knowledge, and was easy to talk to. Immediately after the holiday weekend Mike Rodgers arrived promptly early in the morning to begin work. Mike was very helpful in answering my questions throughout the day and has great interpersonal skills. I was impressed with the quality of his work and I appreciate how he took the extra step to make sure my sump cover was completely leak-proof upon finishing the back up battery sump pump install. Mike had a lot of work to do by himself that day and he made sure that the job was complete before he left. I really appreciate the professionalism that was brought forth from these gentlemen. Well done!

Mike Hess was exceptional, really professional - he explained everything he was doing and very quickly fixed my AC unit. He was also very thoughtful about taking on and off his shoe covers when walking inside the house. Really appreciated that. Its been about a week and the AC still works great. Highly recommend.

I can't say to value or quality yet since this is the first, I needed this repair. I was very pleased with Mike he was professional. He answered all questions my husband and I had. I would recommend Mike to any of my family or friends. He was knowledgeable, great personality he got our air going in a very short amount of time on a very hot day.

Nathan was very professional and explained everything very clearly for me to understand why my system stopped cooling. He even pointed out a plumbing issue he noticed while he was working in my basement, and helped me schedule an appointment to have it looked at in more detail. Luckily it was an easy fix and he had the necessary parts in his truck, so he was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Very professional and prompt service. Aaron was very knowledgeable regarding repairs and issues with wells, clearly explained the issues found and the options for repair with pricing for each. The repair was made timely and all debris/packaging removed by the company, he left the area cleaner than he found it. Aaron also has a great sense of humor and I enjoyed talking with him.

I did have two other techs come to the house, 1 on a Sunday and he put my mind at ease that the leak was minor and would be fine until they could have a well tech come out. The 2nd tech come during regular business hours to fix the leak but recognized that there may be issues in addition to the leak that he was not able repair due to not having parts and rather make a repair knowing there are other issues he deferred to having a tech with greater knowledge of wells, Aaron, come out to evaluate and make the repair. I very much appreciate the level of professionalism shown by all the techs and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I will be using them again should the need arise. Thanks Aaron for the great job and the laughs, much needed after worrying about the leak over a holiday weekend.

Service from HL Bowman was excellent. First time customer and I would definitely recommend them and will use the again without hesitation. Their response time and availability was great. Our AC unit stopped working on a 90 degree day. I called and they were able to get us in the same day and fixed it! We are so thankful! I’d recommend this company to anyone.

My mom's kitchen sink was backed up, she had a Dillsburg company come in twice to fix the clog weeks before, did not work after she spent several hundred dollars. They said they could not fix it. No idea who to call or trust. Scheduled another company on Friday, June 23rd, but wasn't quite sure whether to use them. Driving to work Tuesday morning June 20th in Dillsburg, I was sitting behind a HL Bowman van on Rt 15. That was my Godly moment, so I called them on Tuesday, asked a couple questions, then called back Weds. They could send someone out on Thursday am 6/22. Christian was out by 7:30 and already knew the problem not long after checking things out. Very impressed with his knowledge, easy to talk to, down to earth, super pleased with everything. He came out on Friday 6/23am to fix the problem himself. I highly recommend this company, we will definitely use them when the time arises.

Very pleased with the service I received yesterday. My Tech Patrick Sharkey did a great job of diagnosing my problem, explaining my options and bringing my AC system back up and running. HL Bowman and Patrick are very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
