Mike was our technician and he was very thorough and informative during our furnace tune-up. Provided transparency on what he was doing and what could be the worst case scenario on our system. Heat pump wasn’t keeping up like it should. Mike came out and looked the system over, found the issue, explained it and got us up and running in no time! Always nervous about being taken advantage of, but he did a great job explaining what was needed, what some options were, but didn’t push unneeded things. Always appreciate that
