Just a quick note of gratitude for the efficient and detailed work of Jack and Ethan on Friday, April 28, May 1st and 2nd, 2023.

My first thought, after being discharged from a 10 day stay at the Newport hospital was, "I don't think I can deal with another summer that we had last year!"

After much research of various companies and interviewing several individuals related to the air conditioning process, we decided on Ocean State Air; and glad we did.

We are looking forward to a much more comfortable summer, thanks to Ethan and Jack. Thank you!!

We had a great experience working with Ocean State Air Solutions. Starting with Aaron coming to the house, sharing his extensive knowledge with us and making time to answer any and all follow up questions we had. We were also impressed with the team who completed the actual installation. Anthony, Dylan & Gio were all extremely professional and worked diligently to give us the best system and keep the house as clean as possible throughout the process. Thank you to every team member we worked with: Aaron, Lenny and the installation team and the ladies in the office, Jane & Kristy, for making sure we got the very best system for our needs, and for always being friendly, professional and responsive. Staff of this company know what they are doing. They had to re-install my HVAC system because I initially hired some guy who did not know what he was doing. Don't make that mistake! This is a reliable company.

Ocean State Air's technician Giovanni is exactly what a customer wants in a service provider! He is professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Just an overall great guy. :-)

They employees arrived on time in the morning, started to work and by 4 pm they had installed our 2 mini split They shorted us how to operate the remotes.When they left , the place was clean.

Josh and Adam installed a new split ductless unit today and I couldn't be more pleased. They were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and explained each step, while conferring to get my agreement on a couple of issues before proceeding. It was a real pleasure working with them.

I chose this company because they were the only Ductless company with a 5 star rating. After working with them, they definitely do everything possible to earn that rating

Matt excellent tech and Caleb excellent business manager. Needed help with Nest therms. Turned out to be software issue which was understandably out their realm.
However Matt double checked everything to come to that determination them assisted me in next steps, rather than just packing up and leaving. On time, well informed and all business. Def reccomend and use in future. Thanks Ocean State!
