Excellent customer service throughout the sales process! I was the most impressed with the installation team, they were the cleanest and friendliest contractors I have ever worked with. They were so flexible and did everything they could to accommodate our families schedule throughout the day. Our new mini split heating and cooling system is flawless and competitively priced!

Can't say enough about the team that did our project. They were on time, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. After installing and wiring our new units you would never even know anyone had been in the house. Well done!

Our representative Joe Desilva was very helpful in offering all opinions available and to select our needs and requirements. We have been waiting for 25 years for this.
The tech team was super and also on time and asked and consulted us on the job at hand. Mike and Josh did a very good installation clean, neat and exercised admirable work habits.(sometimes hard to find). We chose the Mitsubishi brand with the MLZ ductless and believe it was the right choice.
The price and quality justify the price.
We are very pleased and expect to get many years of comfort and will call Ocean State Air for annual service. Maintenance is a must for any system you install in your home.

From the initial consultation and design of the system taking our concerns of appearance and function into account through the installation they were exceptional. We had two crews at our home for a week installing a new whole house system. They were always courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Some of the most professional interaction with a contractor that I have had in many years of home modifications. From my interactions with the owner in creating his bid, to the installers to the front office - very professional. Project was completed two weeks before my request date. The crew was very respectful walking me ( knowledgeable about the job) through all the alternatives and choices I could make. Bid was competitive. I'd use them again.

Life is about relationships. As a landscape architect I rely on them everyday to ensure designs come out great. Ocean State Air & the owner, Craig, spent time with me to ensure the house I was building would have the proper energy efficient heat & AC units & coverage it required. The employees were on time & performed the work well. The installation & mechanical inspections went very smooth. The entire company was responsive. Currently, it's 30 degrees out & the LG ductless mini-split systems are working seamlessly. Very pleased with the time & attention my project was given! Grateful for the wonderful service! Ocean State installed a ductless A/C system in my home supporting 5 rooms. They did an excellent job in inspecting my home and finding the best locations for all the units. Workmanship was high quality. Their team is professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They provided free estimate quickly, and also make available a payment plan.

I first met Ocean State Air solutions through a recomendation from a freind who had a moldy basement like mine. So I had them insrall a Santa Fe industrial strength dehumidifier and within a week I could smell and feel the difference . My house no longer smells like mold and the basement is finally dry. Because of this great experience I decided to upgrade my electric heat system to the mini split heat and a/c units and take advantage of the National Grid rebate and 0% loans being offered. Ocean State helped me through the whole process--who to call at National Grid, got all the permits needed for the job, included the electrician and the inspection, and submitted the rebate info. But the best part of the installation was the crew- not only were they punctual and professional and innovative on how to vent my units, they were also neat and even vacumed each day before they left!
