Can't sing enough praises about 5 Star! Cullen absolutely saved the day for our household! We had different local company come out to fix our AC unit and we were quoted $4k for an additional repair. A little astonished, we asked 5 Star to come out and give us a second opinion. 5 Star came out in a timely manner and found that our unit had been wired wrong by the previous company and that it was completely fine - no repairs needed. AC was up and running within 15 minutes of their arrival. Thank you to Cullen for keeping us comfortable and saving us thousands of dollars. We are so very thankful! We're now forever 5 Star customers.

Allison + Cody were fantastic! Allison was able to have some one come out to fix my AC unit as soon as possible. Cody did a fantastic job! He was quick, professional, nice and explained to me what was wrong. He fixed my AC unit in a matter of minutes and was super sweet to my rambunctious puppy. Would recommend and use them again!

Our HVAC system stopped working so I reached out to 5 Star for assistance. Within AN HOUR Chris was at my home and had the issue diagnosed after only spending ten or fifteen minutes on the problem. I really appreciated the team at 5 Star for being extremely communicative and helpful when my heating system failed over the holidays. They treated the situation with the same care and speed as I imagine they would their own home, and were helpful getting all my questions answered.
