AC stopped working and they came right out the same afternoon. The serviceman was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed the issue and repaired the issue.

I have been a member of the 5Star team for years. They have gone beyond the expected many times. I will not go to any other HVAC group. They are great. On time, efficient, professional, knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Five Star does a great job. They are always very professional and polite. They come out once a year to do an assessment and a cleaning of the HVAC system (making sure the drain line is clear, etc), and they caught an installation issue that would have eventually cost me a lot of money had they not fixed it.

5 Star was nothing short of wonderful. They were extremely responsive, giving us quotes almost immediately after inspection for replacing our HVAC unit, and even communicated with us after work hours in order to move forward as quickly as possible.

For the few days we had to wait to get our installation done, they brought in portable ac units to keep our house cool.

We ran into a slight hiccup on the day that was supposed to be our install, as one of their technicians was unexpectedly unavailable due to a medical emergency. When that pushed our install back, 5 Star offered a couple of upgrades to our system/contract, which is extremely kind considering they couldn't help the fact that a medical emergency is what delayed the process.

When they did our new HVAC install, they were efficient and professional, cleaning up behind them and minding all the furniture, carpets, etc. when bringing in the new equipment/their tools.

We'd recommend them to anyone who needs an HVAC repair or replacement!

Five Star arrived during the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and explained the problem clearly. Very respectful of ensuring gates in the yard were closed and adequately latched (we have dogs). Extremely smooth process and immediate emails sent with invoice and receipt.

Would highly recommend Stephen and the team at 5 Star Charleston. We lost our AC/Heating during the cold snap in January and they moved very quickly to help us replace the unit. Very responsive, very flexible and did what looks like amazing work.

We had been having issues with our package unit while in heat mode, and Todd with 5 Star came out and gave a timely, intelligent diagnosis of the issue (a bad control board). We had previously had 3 other HVAC techs with different companies check it out and no one could not figure out the problem. 5 Star ordered the part needed for the repair, and installed it without issue. Thank god for a competent HVAC company that follows through!!!! 100% recommend!
