Pardee Service Experts

Gerald and Brandon were awesome and did and excellent job getting our air back up and running. They were very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely would highly recommend using Pardee services.

This is our second experience with Pardee, and both times have been fantastic! They are thorough, and have been super courteous and professional. We called about an AC issue on Wed afternoon and as of 11 on Thursday, we are back in business. Matthew, Ray, and Tony teamed up to ID the issue, and then fixed the problem. They then took extra time to let us know what they’d done, and also to be honest about what to expect in the future considering the age and shape of our HVAC units. We have a complicated and fairly dated set up. Will call on them for service again, and will also be giving them any future install/replacement business.

Called two other places when my AC unexpectedly went out and they were the only ones able to come out same day. Showed up within the hour. Justin was professional and polite, explaining as he went, without belittling or talking down to me. It feels good knowing who I'm going to call next time something like this happens.

Doug and Tony make a great team. They did a great job on our new air conditioner and we feel they were here to do a great job and have a very caring attitude. We appreciate both of them. Hope they will be with you for a very long time.

Jon was extremely friendly and came out the same day when our capacitor blew. He got us back up and running as fast as he could. Shawn came by and helped discuss the advantages of their service program and gave us a lot to think about.

Pardee was the only company who could see us on such short notice. Jon W and James came on a Friday afternoon after work hours, they were friendly, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly. Our AC was back up and running within 30 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough!

Justin and James arrived earlier than expected which I am so thankful for. My ac went out the last week in June. They both put up with my large labradoodle. Repairs took almost no time. They did their usual inspection and I signed up for Pardee’s maintenance membership. This was a very nice experience for me. Both of these young men are professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Also, I really liked the lady who took my distress call. Pardee has really good people working for them.

Super pleased with Kevin Hathaway! Very prompt and on time, actually early. Very professional as he made sure I was in the know, answering all the questions I had along the way. He was upfront and honest. Felt very taken care of!! Thanks!!

Tony and Danny were awesome today at Little Oak Island! They were very professional and was able to get the air upstairs back working even with the snake skin near the ac unit.

Danny and Tony are in a class by themselves! They are the most amazing service technicians we’ve ever had for any purpose! They are thorough, knowledgeable, professional, informative, prompt, courteous…and the most fun of any two guys we’ve ever had in our home for any reason! We want ONLY Danny and Tony working on our HVAC system. They are that good. Seriously! Thanks, guys!
